Towels were grey, electrical outlets did not work, pillows had black mold, flies buzzing around the breakfast bar. Requested to change rooms and cancel my reservation mid stay. Housekeeping broke a valuable but did not compensate or replace.

The value is excellent. My kids loved the pool.

I wish there was no smoking by the poolside. It seemed like we were choked out by smokers every time we went swimming. It's not very relaxing to have to compete with smokers for clean air. I recommend that the hotel designate a separate area for smokers.

We loved this hotel. It is in a nice area but not too crowded. The staff was excellent very attentive. The pool was great ... everything was perfect.

The pool

The property seems old and neglected. Almost everything in our room wasn’t working properly. The shower was broken and leaking. The water wasn’t draining during a shower. The toilet flush button was loose. The TV wasn’t working. The mirrors were dirty. It seems they tidy up instead of actually cleaning. And the noise from the road outside! This isn’t a place you come to relax unless you carefully choose your room. It’s also far from most places. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed on holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this property until they do some renovations and improvements.

breakfast needs more vegetarian

We had extreme trouble with the wi-fi .. and not working in the room and most places... very very surprised

So many things!The huge pool with cool spots including a in pool bar with surprisingly good food.The staff were very nice, helpful and caring. Some reviews say the hotel is dated, it’s not new, however everything is in good condition.

The gym would use some work. I wish they had air conditioning in the gym. Also the breakfast was kind of bland with not much variety.

Having to sign a receipt for every drink at the pool bar and giving a tips, no one wanted a tip, couldn't understand why?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service truly made the experience feel special from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was just as described. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall positive atmosphere throughout the property. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay!

Good location in Rawai (convenient), tho there are quite a few steps up to the front desk, and then on up to where the rooms are. The pool was great (actually two), breakfast buffet was fine.

My room was on the first floor, but rooms on any higher floor have larger, floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in far more natural light--it depends on what you prefer, I guess. A friend got a room on the top/5th floor, opposite side, which I would try for if I go back.

Nice room, lovely staff, good breakfast, enough loungers (end of the busy season), great location.

The WiFi is really bad, forget watching anything. No channels on TV. No air con in the gym that's bad considering the gym is a glass box. Room service food is meh.

The location of the hotel is great. Few amazing beaches only a 10 min drive. Taxis and trips easily organised by hotel and local agents. Adaptors, umbrellas provided. Breakfast was SUPERB. ESPECIALLY compared to other hotels. Free, and no pressure. Even packed some snacks for the trip. Oil was greatly shaded, enough sun to sunbathe and heat the pool ,X kids and adults loved it.

Strange toilets, little privacy from your roommate;)

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Suitable for a family but be aware that the bathroom does not give a lot of privacy as it is only a glass box. The staff at the pool bar were really nice and made us feel welcome.

There were signs everywhere saying that if you loose this or that or do this or that you will be charged. That is okay in general but for a hotel at this price range is it really necessary to charge 30 thb for a broken glass..

I stayed 2 weeksthe structure is fabulous the staff is super helpful and you can see the professionalism.it was a wonderful experience.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

breakfast was great. The lunch and dinner food is over priced for how it tastes and being Thai food. It’s a expensive for the family room we had. It should be about 10 to 15 percent cheaper

There was nothing we didn’t really like, if I could think of anything maybe more sun lounges to be made available or maybe an adult only pool?

Very nice resort with excellent breakfast, swimmingpool and very friendly staff.Good facilities for transportation around the island, very good location close to local restaurants and little shops.

We like poll and Ambience. Room size and view . For Kids there was no dedicated kids club No direct access to beach , however there is shuttle twice a day and return for free .

We had a overall good holiday, but up to date, I still haven't received my THB 3000 refundable deposit and that's very bad!I tried to contact the hotel but no luck.Can you please help.ThanksIan Conradie
