The property itself is really nice with the birds and the pool. It’s very pretty and the food is good.

Bathroom could use a little work toiletries are mediocre. Location is not the best but it could definitely be worse.

They charged us 100 BHT from our security deposit like stealing the money from tourist and staff was very rude. They have a habit of stealing money from tourist and put in their pocket. They want us to clean the bed sheet and do laundry bedsheet baby put some rice so they charged 100 tbh

arrived a tiny bit early staff were very hospitable and provided a welcome drink while we a waited for our room.The room is very clean and outdoors was an experience with an abundance peacocks as well as Swans and ducks etc

The bed is not so comfortable, and for everything's they will ask for money, an y extra bed or pillows and also for water

The room was looks like jail.The bed was made of cement. Not comfy at all.The shower was awfulI think they need to look at their rooms a bit better.I think if I pay extra money then they may give me better room and front of the swimming pool which wasn't working. As they have maintenance ongoing

Toilet was not cleaning .Found earth verms in toilet even the staff cleaned . Swimming pool not in working condition

I have stayed here in excess of 10 times, but this stay was spoiled by officious reception staff. As a guest I was treated like a criminal inmate. At no time was there less than 4 staff congregated at reception. Previous I have left the hotel with a warm satisfied feeling, this time was glad to leave.

Nothing it was disgusting

The rooms were not clean, the staff was rude & the hotel smelt terrible. There was peacocks walking & pooing all over the sun loungers & hotel. We had to leave the hotel early & book somewhere else as it was that terrible. Never been a 4 star.

I loved the pool access room and the beautiful wildlife on property!

This property was great the only thing that would make it better was an on-site atm, the one just in front of the property didn’t work but there is a 7/11 walking distance and it had one.

The resort itself was very nice and well maintained. The location was great as well with many services, food and drinks in walking distance.

The shower in our room was an open shower so water would spill all over the floor. Other than that, nothing the place was great

The staff was nice and also location was good. The animals in the backyard were nice too.

The beds were so hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on the floor. Sleeping was not comfortable. The floor was sticky and dirty. After a while, my socks were not white anymore. Somehow mosquitoes get inside the room. The door had quite a big space in them so maybe through that was possible for insects to get inside.

Nice layout but felt remote although on a busy road.

Noisy peacocks & cockerels.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The surrounding gardens are very well kept and beautiful. I enjoyed the seeing the resident peacocks, chickens walking around.The pool looked well maintained and clean. I didn't use it.Room and bathrooms were clean enough.Very peaceful and quiet at night for a good nights sleep.

For the price paid, I feel the room I was in could have been a little better. The floor panels was coming apart and there was no shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries. Also no shower curtain so everything got wet when you took a shower.Not walking distance to Old Town Phuket.

Rooms are nice and clean, and everything was perfect.

There was an annoyingly loud sound of frogs in front of my room and all around pool area.

Slightly far out, no restaurants close by. Very strict, any stain on towel (eg toothpaste) and you get charged

I strongly advise against staying at May Moran Hotel. The negative reviews you see online? They are 100% accurate. This place is a disaster, and the manager is extremely rude, completely unwilling to address any legitimate concerns.Major Issues We Encountered:? Uninhabitable Room ConditionsThe room was stifling hot and humid, with a broken AC unit that never worked.Extensive mold throughout the room, especially in the bathroom.The floor tiles were coming loose due to excessive humidity.Dead insects in the bathroom - clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here.The humidity in the room was so severe that it damaged our passports.? False Advertising & Misleading AccommodationsAdvertised as a 4-star hotel, but it barely meets a 1-star standard.No real beds—one was just a 2-inch mattress topper on a box spring, and the other was just a bare box spring.Nowhere in the description did it mention constant, loud animal noise (roosters and peacocks right outside our room).? Terrible Customer Service & Shady PracticesWe checked in at 1:00 AM, and by 4:00 AM, we were already awake from the unbearable heat and crowing of the roosters and peacocks. We immediately tried to resolve the issues with the front desk, but they were dismissive.Eventually, they agreed to a refund, only to later reverse the decision once we had left.Multiple calls with the booking service led nowhere, and the hotel staff even tried to refund us using an invalid credit card, purely dishonest.Final Verdict:This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Stay away unless you enjoy mold, unbearable heat, broken amenities, misleading accommodations, and a management team that does not care about their guests.If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor—read the negative reviews and believe them. I wish I had.

Really comfortable room by the pool. Nice restaurant, efficient staff. It was like an oasis in the middle of a quite chaotic neighbourhood!
