Sun Hill Hotel Patong

General location was ok. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Not a charming side road though. Was next to some kind of a on-off loading terminal for beverages.Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The room we got had no windows and the lighting was horrible. More like a safety bunker or something. It was noisy in late evening.

Quaint, very clean, and updated. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and conscientious. There is a Turkish restaurant, 2 massage salons n and a pharmacy in the same block. The pooln̈albeit small, was very clean.

The ONLY downfall was the mattresses. We were laying straight on the springs.

The location is amazing, close to the beach and Main Street but far enough for calm sleeping at night. Recommended :)

I was very disappointed and still disappointed.The hotel does not have an elevator and they gave me room in 4th which is the last floor. I had to take all my bags up stairs to the last floor and now I have a big tension in my arm. I left the hotel right away and asked to cancel my reservation and refund but haven’t heard anything from them until my the accommodation is over. This is unacceptable and still need them to refund. I have a prove and will share it now.

Good value good location

Housekeeping, not every day

Property was admist of the city. Not too close not too far. Proper value for money. I must highlight the staff, “Thing” this young receptionist, absolutely the best. Kind, generous and an asset to Patong V Hotel. I will recommend this place to my friends too in the future and will see them soon too. Thank you Patong V hotel team.

Property was the right spot providing quick excess to the beach, market, restaurant and shops. Also the peaceful view from my balcony.

We were booked 2 rooms from 55m2, for 4 adults and 5 children. One room was 2 beds and 2 sofa beds, another room was 2 bed and 1 sofa beds. It was same like pictures.

The 55m2 rooms wasn't like that big. It was small and toilet was not enough clean. Air condition is almost warm not cool. Pool is very small like kids pool and dirty. Not able to swim. Everything was not like this photos.

Nothing. Only reception personal is nice.

Dirty hotel and room, no pressure at the shower and sometimes no water, bugs in the room, noisy room, the ladies from cleaning come at 8AM to clean the rooms, no elevator for 4 floors, no communication with the owner. Do not pay in advance. It is a joke.

Staff and cleaning personnel were kind and good.

The room was smelly due to muggy weather and needs the air circulation.
