Central location, good a/c, kind staff.

Staff, good vibe and environment. Really well located. Loved the breakfast.

In our room we found some ants crawling on the sheets, also we moved some beds and we saw some dead bugs under them. One was huge a cockroach.

Hotel was near bangla road and in walking distance the hotel employee was so helpful and smiling all the time

The door locks wasnt getting locked with the key from outside u had to lock it from inside than close the door

I had very bad experience in this hotel stay especially humiliated by hotel receptionist.After stay of 1 night , the male receptionist stopped me and asked me if i used condom, in front of my teenage daughter while i was going for break fast. It was big embarrassing. I chose to ignore. Again he asked me 4night stay. Later i asked why did you ask in front of my family. He said he wanted to confirm, when i asked what is the policy , he asked me to check the bookings.com and called me "no common sense". I escalated to owner, she said he asked just 2 times. I understood she also had no support mind. I feel ill treated as indian, felt racism. After long discussion, owner lady apologised and she asked receptionist to me which never happened. I strongly dont recommend this hotel.1. At first would you need to clarify the rule for this checking any consumption in the room? You need to just keep the bill inside the room for any consumption, you donot need to ask while passing by the reception. If a guest has a discrepancy, then it can be discussed. The hotel did not do the job correctly at first. When I ask for this policy neither receptionist nor the owner clarified. More arrogantly the receptionist asked me to go and check bookings.com and make rating.2. The receptionist asked in front my family, it was so embarrassing, that's why I had to say it was not used. Please understand this point as family member.3.I did not escalate to the person out of office timing, at first it was the receptionist who wanted to call the owner. I did not want to continue the discussion because other nationality women were passing passing by. After 30min, I wanted to talk to the owner because the receptionist was not understanding.4. In any case, do you justify your receptionist to call a guest "no common sense"?5.

There was a french staff, he was the only kind person in the hotel. Everyone was rude and arrogant.

The location was ideal. The bed is comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast is amazing

There was mold in the room. The bathroom is outdated and the shower drain smelled really bad. Which sadly made the room smell quite funky.

Location is great. Close to bangla road.

Towels need to be more clean. The overall experience was okai’sh.

Close to everything you need but still in quiet street so you can sleep peacefully

The elevator was super slow, the slowest I have ever seen. Also the elevator doors wont close well, so it's kind of scary...

Cleanliness is good.

We were not informed about the breakfast menu needs to be ordered before during check in time. Only one staff was attending breakfast and reception counter. We are served breakfast early and hence couldn't had breakfast for 3 members of family. They take deposit Rs 1000 Baht/per room. No any other hotel where we stayed was taking such deposit.

Good location and value for money

Rooms are too small and could be far cleaner

It is easy to get to it and the dorms are exactly what they show in the pictures

You can hear at night the people from the street that were partying and interrupted my sleep.

The staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very well located.

The room was very small and had a wierd odour in it which made it quite uncomfortable for us.

The elevator is dodgy at best and house keeping doesnt clear dirty dishes, just sweep and fix the bed

Everything is old especially the bathroom,the drain was not working properly and Old cupboards too.

Staff attitude is very bad. Lift was not working . Had to face too much difficulties in staying there. Paid for extra bed for baby, but they did not allow breakfast for the baby .
