I Pavilion Hotel Phuket

We only stayed there for 1 night. It was OK, quite spacious room, very comfy beds but there was dust on furtniture and it could be seen easily. TV was broken too. There was a nice view from the big window. Overall, it's OK just to spend a night but I would not recommend it for a long time since there are not very good facilities in the hotel. What's good is location since it's only minutes from the Phuket old town.

Beautiful property! The pool is amazing and they had an espresso machine in the lobby for free use. Very short walk to nice bars and restaurants

Bathroom stank tbh. Not very pleasant. Staff did the bare minimum so wasn't too friendly but also didn't really care. At times there was a student there? No breakfast

Proximity to City Center

I lost a large sum of money. I did inquire about it in the hotel, but they said they are not aware of it. Please be careful with your money/valuables. Do not put any valuable in the locker and assume it is safe to keep there.

I like the staff because they are very helpful especially Mr. Ang that has fair hair. He is extremely supportive. Second the location is very good as in the old town.

I don’t like people to be much supportive because I cannot leave their hotel.

Hotel situated in old town Phucket. Far from the beach sites but close to old and shopping town. Clean and with amazing staff. Highly recommended

We were initially greeted by a friendly staff member who kindly showed us to our room, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The moment we entered the room, we were hit with a strong moldy odor. As we began to inspect the space more closely, things only got worse.The room was extremely dusty—thick layers of dust behind furniture and near the bed, easily around 5mm thick. The air conditioner was filthy, which explained the musty smell in the room. It was honestly hard to imagine sleeping in such conditions, breathing in all that dust overnight.The bed had multiple yellow stains, which was deeply unsettling. There were also dirty shoe prints near the entrance, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. In the bathroom, there was visible mold in the shower, and lighting was very poor—especially considering there were no windows.We immediately returned to the reception to check out. The staff offered us another room, which they called a "Penthouse." While it was slightly better, it was still dusty and not up to a livable standard. We asked for a refund and, after speaking with the owner, were offered only 50% back.We left and booked a different place entirely. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms need a serious deep clean and some proper maintenance. No one should have to sleep in conditions like that.

Great location. Within short walking distance to the old town and Wat Khao Rang temple/viewing point.

Room wasn’t the cleanest but good value for money. Hotel looks more modern in pictures. Hand prints on furniture, doors, overall room not properly wiped down.

The location was good

The hotel had no food, despite the pictures showing food. The room was dirty, bedding was dirty and there was mould on the ceiling next to the air con. The bathroom smelt really bad, like damp and mould and the bathroom was dirty as well.

Laundry facility, swimming pool, close to the centre of old town, staff were great and friendly always helpful. Would definitely stay again :)

There was 2 coffee packs but no sugar left,Not very pleasant smell over night and in the morning coming out of the toilet even after flushing water many times without using toilet.

This is a great hotel which checks the basics wonderfully... and that's not a small feat! Great shower, beds, AC. It's clean. You don't see many people around... Probably just partially open, but it's even better. Liked it a lot. The staff is fantastic, helpful, straightforward, zero unnecessary administration etc. Great place. Anybody os whining about this place is clueless.

Hotel room looked better on photos than in reality but definitely good value for money. Location was good and loved the pool.
