Cleaning the rooms more meticulously could be better. Food menu could be improved.

When we arrived, the room we were given was completely different from what we saw in the photos on Booking.com, which was disappointing. The hotel kindly offered us another room, but it still didn’t match what we had expected. They then offered a third option, but we were hesitant to check it. After contacting Booking.com, their team reached out to the hotel on our behalf and encouraged us to give it one more try — and we’re so glad we did! The room was exactly like the photos, and we absolutely loved it. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel happy and comfortable. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. It made our stay a memorable one!

The room was massive and such great attention was given to the bathroom amenities. Fantastic breakfast and the view from the restaurant is spectacular.

Everything about this resort is stunning and beautiful. Away from the main tourist area however you can still hit up local markets and attractions near old Phuket town. Breath taking views and sunsets

It is more expensive than other 5 star resorts

Very nice and clean room. Every day there were new drinks in the fridge for free. Room service did a good job aswell. The tuk tuk driver were always there immediately and very friendly.

Prices for food and drinks were a tiny bit expensive for Thailand.

We originally booked a suite but decided to upgrade to the Tree Villa with a private pool—and it was absolutely worth it! The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location was also great; we actually preferred this area over Patong as it was more peaceful and charming.The private pool was exceptionally clean, and the overall experience was fantastic. I accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and the hotel kindly shipped it to my next hotel free of charge. That level of service really stood out. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The breakfast buffet was quite small with limited variety, and I wish the room service menu had more options—the food didn’t taste that great either. We also found leftover food plates from previous guests in the cabinet by the pool when we first arrived, which was disappointing. I do wish housekeeping had been a bit more thorough.Overall, the experience had some ups and downs, but the setting and service made a positive impression.

Location. Central and close to everywhere but far enough away that it’s peaceful.

We stayed in the Basil villa for 3 nights. The facilities were amazing, excellent staff, well maintained and very clean and big villa. Only downside is the location but we looked for a more chill and private place.

I loved everything about the location including how secluded it was but they offered the free transportation around the property and off the property which definetley set it apart from other hotels. The rides are included. The service was a phone call away for everything. I stayed in the tree villa, it was wonderful and big!

While I enjoy the secluded atmosphere and the TUK TUK on property rides, it was a little weird not to be able to walk...anywhere really.. There were no areas to walk to outiside, everything was a ride away. hence why the rides are free.there was a smell at the entrance by the gym and the big villa. We did a tour for a potential retreat, however the smell was a bit overbearing. It could of just been when we were there. If not I would look into it.

The property was beautiful and serene. It was nice to come back to this setting after daily activities. This property is not walking distance to restaurants, stores or the beach, however they offer free shuttle to Old Town and beach daily or you can use grab or taxi via the hotel. There is a nice restaurant and small bar on the property. Order the breakfast with your room purchase!

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were big and dense and hurt our necks with no other options in the closets.

The location had beautiful views, there were free shuttles to popular places and the room size was great. The fitness area was already pretty reasonable.

We were outside a pond and the sound from the animals was unbearable until about 1am each night. The food was ok and our room was at the bottom of a very steep hill.

The resort is beautiful and clean, and the view is amazing.

Insects and lizards are frequently found both outside and inside the rooms.

breakfast very ordinary for such a price. Staff didn’t speak good English and wasn’t very attendant.Room smelled. They have made an effort to change th room, but it smelled equally bad.

Beautiful hotel with very amazing amenities and friendly staff.We had a really great time and would come back! It’s a big hotel that feels nice and cozy due to theTwo pools and the relatively small lobby.

Service could be improved and did not live up to the standards of a five star hotel. Waited over 25mins for cocktails, had to remind to clean the room twice, dirty dishes from other guests were in front of our door for two days, no one really tidied up the gym while we were there
