I will say the highlight of my trip was the photography session in the pond area and Warn at the front desk. Warn made my whole experience so joyful, from check in she was helpful, informative and so patient…. First impressions are indeed lasting. She coordinated everything down to my departure taxi and once again I say thank you!!!

Breakfast could have had a wider variety and 6am - 9am doesn’t always fit into late morning but I do understand that because of the hotel’s cafe highlight it can’t be later.

Nuy was very nice and helpful especially in regards to my wife. She always smiled and went out of her way make our experience at the hotel cafe truly memorable.

    Outside the rooms.

The staff don't speak clear English. They get frustrated in trying to communicate. They couldn't comunícate good.

    Cafe area for photos good.

Villa has not enough lights. Very dark room. Shower doesn't work properly. We hardly find anything to eat in Breakfast.

Beautiful rooms, huge pool, and the perfect breakfast with a great view of the lily pads.

    Bad

Staff at reception not professional, staff at the pond not polite, yelling at customers.

    9AndresPosted on: 3-23-2025

The view, the lilly pads, the drinks and the food variety.

Had to call maintenance to unclog the shower 10min after entering the room. The safe box was not working.

    6NaPosted on: 3-22-2025

    Room was a good size

First, the check-in process was confusing. There were no clear signs indicating where to go, and when we asked a staff member, they just pointed without saying anything. It didn’t feel welcoming at all.The location is quite far from everything, and in hindsight, it wasn’t worth the trip.Lastly, the waiting queue to hire the photographer was unclear. The sign indicating where to line up was placed in front of a crowded area, making it easy to miss. This led to unnecessary confusion. The pool was also closed.Overall, I wish the experience had been smoother, with better signage and more helpful staff.

We loved the landscaping of property . Rooms are comfortable .

We did not like the hospitality of the staff .

    7HilaPosted on: 3-9-2025

    Nice room, nice design

The entire place is dominated by the photo ops influencer shooting of the Lili pool. Bizzare feeling.

    3RachelPosted on: 3-6-2025

    Room was pleasant and comfortable.

The staff were some of the rudest people I met whilst travelling. Stayed here for 2 nights and had multiple encounters with different staff members that left me speechless and offended. The pool is not great & the service in the restaurant is very slow and again rude staff!

The best was swimming pool. FLat were nice, but caffe itself was very expensive. higher prices than Europe. Breakfast was 450 BHT per person. Simple juice 290 BHT. Whole day there was full, because families was coming and paid for making amazing photos by this Victorial flowers on lake and boat by dron. We had issue in bathroom, which was not originally in our room, but our Neighborhood up . We were not able to use our flat for half day , but noone was even informing us, that they would like to go in our room. We just came from morning walk and there were 4 men sitting and trying to repair bathroom up via our room. No apologise, no sale, no even simple coffee offer like apologise. We didnt have for 2 days any towels, because as lady on reception said, sorry, but didnt have enough dry towels. But you are here with friends , so you can ask them , they have. Very weird behaviour in 5* hotel. Swimming pool was the best. Without this, it was only unncessary expensive flat.

Nothing. This was by far the very worst hotel of our entire trip.

Sadly, there's a LONG list:Check in: It was clearly too nice of an effort for the reception staff to check customers in. So instead of any pleasantly or even being advised of breakfast timing, or where the resteraunt is, I was charged 500bht deposit - FOR THE KEY TO MY ROOM and ushered out the room! The room is nothing like any of the photos and more akin to a 2* travelodge than the 4* luxury they claim.Sadly, it doesn't stop there though: the "pool" is through a locked gate past where a million human ants crawl all over each other to take their Instagram photos by the staged lilly pond, or changed 2,400Bht for a photographer to quickly snap 4 images for you.On the other side of the well tended insta pond, is a derelict abys. The pool is filthy, entering it via the steps is dangerous owing to the many missing tiles and sharp edges. The "pool bar" is permanently closed, meaning and walk through the resteraunt to buy any overpriced drink. The 'sun loungers' are either a metal frame, with occasional ones having old, filthy and hole pittered cushions strewn across the floor. Breakfast consisted of, cold left overs from the night before. Quickly snatched away by 8.55am ahead of the next coach load of insta seeking idiots. To top it all, at nearly 10pm on night two (less than 12 hours before checkout and a flight home) reception phoned the room and shouted at me I can move to a "superior" room. When I declined they shouted back I had to attend reception and sign paperwork to say I'd declined the "upgrade".Needless to say, this is a hotel to AVOID.It's in the middle of nowhere. Costs a small fortunate to get anywhere, and what they profess to offering a shuttle service, is no more than showing you where to stand for a taxi!SHOCKING.

Nice little cabin and very clean. The idea behind this hotel has much potential.

The main focus of this hotel are the tourists (influencers) that only visit for a day to make pictures of the water lilies. The pool was in heavy need of maintenance (lots of tiles missing), staff was curt (no explanation of when & where the breakfast is), and the breakfast itself was very bad with very little variation. Not worth the money going here if you’re not interested in taking pictures.

Staff were not welcoming when arrived. Somebody was making noise and had music at 3:00am I contacted reception no response. I went down to reception at five am and told them about the noise but she didn’t seem to care. Flys everywhere in the room.

the premises is well kept and really beautiful with a private pool away from the day trip visitors

restaurant staff rude and unwelcoming. takes a long time to get served. also the food is very overpriced so i ended up leaving the property multiple times to eat elsewhere. my shower & bath did not work properly, had lizards in my room most days due to cracks in the ceilings
