Location to the beach and shopping.

The staff was amazing in meeting all our needs during our stay and made us feel welcome and at home. Very relaxing.

Location is superb! Really beachfront place. Room view is very nice and stuff are kind .Kamala Beach is very good, typical good Thai beach - good food, lot of massage ladies, etc

Breakfast(even on own nice view balcony).

The location is extremely central to everywhere you want to be (coffee shops, bars, restaurants, massage, etc.) and the beach is literally steps away. Watching the squid boats all lit up at night from the balcony was also a unique experience.

The bed is nothing short of laying on concrete and even with a massage a day, we left feeling extremely sore and achy. The bathroom is also not laid out well and the giant jacuzzi tub takes up the entire space (just not practical in a tropical climate).

The location is beautiful ocean front view. Large room with Thai style.Staff is lovely and helpful.Thai food from restaurant was delicious.

The hotel has been updated but the mold in AC system is still evident. Restaurant closes at 16:00.

Great location on Kamala Beach. Next to restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, etc. Cozy bed and fun bathroom with jacuzzi tub and view. Rooftop view is nice for sunbathing. The staff were excellent and I loved the charm of a small hotel where you know everyone.

The rooftop has no ventilation and gets a bit hot. There's no option for shade either. Parking is really difficult with a big bike because there are so many to move around. The price is great in the rain season but less so in the high season.

The room is right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. You can easily walk to many restaurants and massage places. The staff were very friendly and helped us book several tours/cars.

I have booked the honeymoon suite and is was very beautiful especially the jacuzzi, The hotel is so comfy and amazing its literally in front of the beach the stuff are so helpful and professional i regret that i spent only one night in the hotel I strongly recommend this place

Fablous rooms with views to die for.

No availability to freshen up after check out. I was told I could shower by the pool prior to my airport pick up. Got changed in the small toilet in reception despite being told a room would be free to shower and change.

A delightful hotel in the hub of the resort . The hotel was lovely and quiet , v near the beach , with a nice swimming pool and bear shops , bars without it feeling busy or noisy

Fabulous location, lovely little pool that we had to ourselves, right on the beach!

Great location with views of the beach and convenient for shops, bars and restaurants. The pool access room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was selected the night before and served to your terrace. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a good location right on the beach, so very pretty views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath is fun! Staff were helpful. It’s nice eating breakfast on your terrace.

The bathroom is open to the bedroom, just covered by a blind, so there’s a slight lack of privacy! The pool area is nice but smaller than I expected.

Unfortunately the air smells terrible due to the grey water canal directly in front of the property; you cannot open window or door without the stink. Not nthe hotel fault.r g

Ground floor deluxe room, located right on the beach , although close to the beach very private. Room was spotless. Huge comfy bed. Only fault was Jacuzzi bath couldn't be used as the plug was broken , it was too late at night to tell reception so let them know the next day, hopefully will be fixed for next guests.

Can't fault anything .

1. Perfect sea-view from the bed or bathroom.2. Ample space to store our luggage.3. The Staff were too kind and helpful.4. Breakfast is served at your comfort (room balcony)5. Hotel’s location is great, there is a 7 eleven in 100 metres, scooter rental shops, spa, restaurants and many more things.6. All famous places like Cafe del mar, carnival magic, cafe viewpoint phuket and many more are only 8-10 mins away.

1. The room lighting, too less for getting ready. My husband being a professional lighting designer and automation expert was constantly cribbing about the light placements in the room. 2. The options given for breakfast is good only if you are staying for 2-3 days otherwise it can become monotonous.

Lovely place! good location, clean, comfortable, comfy bed, so much attention to detail, and we were very well taken care of. Would stay there again 100%.

The hotel is a bit old and doesn’t feel like a four star hotel. More like a villa or guest house.

There is a slight smell from time to time from creek but you get that everywhere to. Didn’t bother us. Robes they supply are very tight for average person!
