The floor in the room is very slippy. I was felt down and hit my head.

the Room were really spacious and everything was working.

everything was great the only thing I didn't like is they don't have a staff and equipments to transfer large luggage's to your room you will have to carry all your luggage yourself to the room.

Room was clean

The air-conditioning temp regulator wasn't working The room was extremely cold,and the room was little dark

The shower drain tends to clog easily in both rooms. But i guess the water pressure is too high.

Dont have enough AC sockets, only 1!

Front desk else we're always very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop outside the front of the hotel was always good. They did a nice buffet breakfast every morning with lots of choices.

The pool outside the office area never had the pump on and the water got a little murky I do believe they should keep the pump going with that many people and that size of hotel.

Location, staff, rooms are very spacious and clean.

Our only complaint was the shower. It barely has a door/glass wall so as you’re showering the water sprays everywhere and you need to use extra towels on the floor.

Dirty swimming pool and poor breakfast (Inspite of having multiple options) it was just tasteless and below ground average

The hotel was clean and the location was central. The reception area is very chilled and welcoming in an 80s style. It is a mid- level hotel that is great for a night or two when you are in transit.

The curtains were falling off the tracks and I had to fix them. Bits are falling off the pool area.

Beds are comfortable.

AC not working properly. Then it began to leak water.

Room is spacious and clean. 5mins walk to bus station. 7/11 nearby. 13mins walk to Phuket grocery. 15mins to old town.

Only one room key provided and if you lost , you will have to pay 600 bahn get a new key.

this hotel was amazing. loved our room, morning breakfast was amazing, location was fantastic. We walked to all places from this hotel.

Great staff, access to swimming pool, good breakfast, rooms were also really nice. We were also allowed to keep our luggage for several days in a storage room while we went on a 3 day trip to Singapore, and then came back to the hotel.

We booked hotel with 2 slots (continue date)First booking, 1 night Second booking 10 nightsWe came here for celebrating new years as a couple. The first booking we got single bed, the rest 10 days with twin beds ? quite sad for couple. Also we need to move the room by ourselves (no service from taking care our luggage, just my opinion, the other hotels they have the service to make customers more comfortable by taking care according to receptionist tell to change the room, our bags are packed ready). Or maybe forget it! It’s not 5 stars hotel ?

Nice pools and great staff! Easy location within walking distance to everything.

The staff here is wonderful, Nina and Jee Jee were very helpful, thank you again. Location is tucked back away from old town, if you like to walk, old town is 24 minutes away. You can walk into town and bolt or Grab back easily. Near by on the main road leading in, there are vendors and seafood. (SIDE notes if you love to work oit with weights they carry them) We enjoyed our stayed so much only made sense to stay another night. Good vaule and has chill vibes.

Its close enough to old town yet far enough to keep noise away. (They have a restaurant and along the way to old town plenty of strret food to snack on the way) If you're a gym lover they have free weights and a pool♡ We some how messed up a safe box, staff was over in moments to Crack the code. We liked it so much decided to stay another night. There are steps in enterence so if you're with parents please be advised to be ready to assist them into the lobby ?

I liked the location; overall, the reception area and the building itself are nice — and that’s about it.

I didn’t like that at first we were checked into a room without windows, on the second floor. It had a strong mold smell.Thanks to the administrator Nina for helping us move to another floor.We rented two rooms, both of them were on the 5th floor.There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, and it spread throughout the entire room. It was unbearable.The mattresses and pillows were very bad — I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up feeling exhausted.The breakfast was extremely poor… it was very strange. Eggs, a small salad station, and dishes that were left empty, like the fruit section…

The staff was friendly and eagerly cater for any issues.

The description mentioned that the rooms will have a balcony but it didn't. The staff however compensated us with late check-out.

Was provided a room without a balcony, although I made clear it would be preferable to have one. Other rooms have balconies and there were rooms left on booking when I checked some time after check-in.In the ad there are no rooms with balconies. Misrepresenting the room a bit.Also was not shown my way to the room which caused awkwardness a bit

Convenient, good price, okay fitness room, beautiful pools, clean and it's a big place.

The USB outlet was not working.
