New building, quite clean

No room service, staffs were very laid back. Difficult to communicate, as they speak less then basic English.

The staff are wonderful. We ran into some issues and the manager went out of his way to help us.

We stayed in building 1 and it was a bit noisy at night. I think the entire building is scheduled for an over haul and unfortunately nothing is being maintained. Some of the furnishings are falling apart and the rust in the shower is quite gross.

Honestly, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating and was far below our expectations. The photos on the website are quite misleading. The cleanliness was below average — we had to request cleaning multiple times. While the staff responded quickly and were willing to help, it seems the hotel’s policies or structure don’t allow them to do their job properly.The hotel is made up of several buildings but has only one elevator, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the location is excellent — away from the noise, yet close to shops and local markets, which was the only real advantage.Overall, the experience was disappointing and not something I would want to repeat.

Room was comfortable and clean and quiet

On booking.com it stated there was a free airport shuttle service but the hotel informed us they did not offer this service anymore. I was extremely disappointed in this as this was one of the reasons we booked.

The Staff were amazing!! All of them. Swimming pool clean and very delightful. Room was amazing and a very nice size for such a long stay.

Not all of the gym equipment is in working order. Although I was the only person using it in any case. Hahahhaha!!!

The location is on point. Rooms are clean.

Staff is not the best. They are a bit rude. They will just keep on telling you about the fines and hotel policy just on and on. No tissues in the room. If asked they will say to use the toilet roll from the washroom. The lift is smelly and dirty.

I had a mobility problem prior to arrival but the staff took it all in their stride. No problem was too small or large. On our last day, our travel to the Airport was not until 4pm, without any fuss, our checkout was approved until 4. The young lady handling our chyeck out was rostered to finish at 4 but she stayed on until our transport was sorted and we were on our way (5.40). Now trhat was customer service taken to another level

They won’t believe the customer .. for the spoon they charged 100 batts they should check with house keeping guys with our asking that they were charged.

All good, location good.one tip is don’t arrive early as they wanted 400 baht per hour before check in time

Pool area could do with a freshen up and a coat of paint.

The beds were hard as a rock and you could feel the springs digging into your back. Upgraded and the beds were slightly better but still extremely hard. Woke up with body aches.

Liked the tour operator Mr.Jee who was a real professional. He organised our trip in the best possible way at good rates. His coordination was excellent and a real good tour operator who made our visit valuable and memorable. He is an asset to ASHLEE PLAZA PATONG HOTEL AND SPA

The room rates when i booked during October was 28,180Rs for 4night stay For Jan travel) but they cancelled my booking on 8th Jan mentioning creditcard was not valid and by the time i enabled my creditcard for international transaction they charged new rate as 52,000Rs for 4nights which was very bad. That too iam a genius level 3 traveller travelled to almost 75cities worldwide till now. Request you to kindly refund the additional charges charged or compensate in my next stay elsewhere. Awaiting your valuable reply sir.

Reasonable walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. Fairly central location. Room made up every day if required.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. 3 star at best! No shuttle bus and no room service, as in the true sense of the word, as advertised. The pool on top of the third building is not operational. Very little English spoken at reception so hard to resolve issues.
