Wonderful hotel with a nice view and good food. We had a staff member helping us with the luggages” He is amazing. if you see this, me and my partner both loved talking to you and thank you for the great hospitality provided.

The look over the water

Bad rooms, bad cleaning.

The room had a nice layout and views.

The quality of the food and customer service from the dining room staff. The staff was very rude to us when requesting room service and put the phone down on us. The quality of the food was poor and we also recite a wrong order.

The staff was the best thing about the hotel, they were all exceptional. The room was very big and nice. Pool area is good, not a huge pool but it's nice.

Worst thing is the shower design, you have to climb over a 500mm wide raised bath side which was a nightmare especially getting out you nearly break your neck. And need at least 1 communal area that is air conditioned. And food could be slightly better.

Getting a shuttle up the hill to get to your rooms was made easy by the staff, but sometimes a little slow during busy periods.

Great view and pool.

Shower was hand held facing towards the shower curtain. That meant water all over the floor when showering. The room had wear and tear including the sink. The staff was not friendly at times - did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was a ridiculous cost - and was not good, eggs were cold.

The nature & the view was amazing

It’s quite far from the center of Phuket, and there are no elevators — we had to walk up to the 5th floor using the stairs. There isn’t much variety in the food, and the breakfast could use some improvement.

Amazing place! If you looking for peace and tranquility, this is one of the best places! Amazing amenities and activities provided by hotel! Food is excellent however ridiculously priced ! Location is ideal for peace and relaxation but far from the night life.

Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were lucky to get a room with a sea view, and I can honestly say — you’re going to love the view here!

The resort is peaceful and located on a hill, but there’s a shuttle service available all the time (including to the beach). The view from the room and the restaurant is really beautiful. Great value for money compared to other places nearby, it was more than worth what we paid. If we come back to Phuket, this will be one of our top choices.

Area and facilities

The internet was very slow, WiFi not working but they came through and fixed it. Thanks to the staff.

Quiet area

Air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly.We have asked them to staff couple times, they said they have fixed it but no change. Other than that, everything was fine

The view

The staff were terrible - they made so many mistakes and tried to charge us for drinks we had already paid for. Their in room dining service wasn’t working and the ac stopped working in the middle of the night so we were uncomfortable in the heat for ages
