Helpful staff and amenities.

Towels need to be replaced soon. They are over the end of life.

The pool is great, there was lots to choose from for breakfast. Staff were very friendly, and the shuttle was good.

There is a steep climb up to the hotel lobby. The rooms with private pool are smoking rooms and when sitting on the pool deck you can smell the smoke, was uncomfortable at times.

The pool and rooftop area was very nice. The size of the room was large and our balcony was as well. Room service was very affordable.

The bathroom smelled mildewed even though they cleaned frequently. The “sea view” was mostly of the downtown area, not the sea. This was set back from the main area, so getting to the beach required a shuttle ride or a walk on sidewalk-less crowded ro

Its quite far from my expectations. The smell was so strong, its their fresher maybe. Towel was old. We paid but didn’t stay in the hotel since it’s disapointing. Its like only 5mins from check in and we left.

Location, staff were excellent and helpful. Evening restaurant was good with a lovely outlook.

Buffet breakfast was a bit hit and miss with food not being kept hot.

Very peaceful, clean and extremely friendly staff. Will come back for sure !

The air conditioning in the villa bedroom seems to be a bit unstable and too hot at time.

Beautiful views, perfect pool, pretty decent gym and delicious breakfast

Had issues with toilet fittings and the centralized system for electrical appliances and lights and AC was a bit inconvenient

The tv was outdated wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t screen share my phone to watch Netflix , also the hotel was quite far from Bangla road and the nightlife , also room had a funny smell , to many Indian guests hogging the pool for hours at a time

The design of the pool villa is so very nice with overlooking view over Patong. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. The cloximity to Patong towns and beach makes it a strategic location. Highly recommended.

Lobby and dining area is a bit hot. Would be great if the fans are on. Should also consider the possibility of having ceiling fans for dining area.

Everything. Amazing big rooms,nice view from balcony.Big swimming pool. Nice staff. Nice security guys ,everyone friendly and smile. Near a lot of shops. Nice drinks on the swimming pool bar. Very lovely hotel. 100% to come back just to this hotel the next time.

The pool villas are always wonderful! You won’t find a pool villa in Patong with a big sun facing pool like that, trust me. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are perfect!

Everything about this accommodation is amazing. This is my favourite place to stay in Phuket. It’s super clean, the pool is always clean. The service is amazing, the food is good. The most comfortable bed. The pool villa is actually private too. The aircon works great and doesn’t smell like mould. It’s worth paying the price to be in a super clean and comfortable accommodation

Pool pump was loud in the morning , sucking air somewhere lots of noise piping directly underneath bedroom ..

The room was spacious, beautiful, stunning view of the city and the pool area. Staff were always friendly.Their service of a buggy driving you up and down the hill to the main street was a nice bonus and good service, this was available 24/7. Security at the top and bottom of the hotel area to make you feel safe at the bottom of the hill and once you get to the lobby.Getting a Grab motorbike to the local areas were convenient and super close.

More Aircon in the main areas and lobby, I understand it's an outdoor location, but it was super hot.
