Beach, pools, cleaning, quietness, gym, breakfast.

Some members of the staff, particularly during breakfast, were a bit rude. In addition, the hotel offered themed dinners that were expensive and had limited options or small portions.

My family has stayed at this property more than 3 times since 2019. We always love the atmosphere and services at this property. The staffs are nice and always help. The food are delicious especially at Takieng Restaurant. Sand Box is also a great idea to chill and sip during the sunset time.

The breakfast used to be better and more variety than this. We used to enjoy the breakfast when we stayed here but not this time.

Breakfast was good. It is a really big resort with many activities for kids which my kids loved.

It was a peaceful and calm getaway. The pool is a significant asset, as it is long enough for lap swimming. It is of sufficient depth. We liked the yoga and fitness classes offered. I enjoyed he beginner's class in Muay Thai boxing. The fitness coaches, Yo Yo and Job, were friendly and skilled.The staff were all of a high standard and greeted us every day. At the pool, R and Sun were most helpful.

A studio that offers some classes without disturbing gym users could complement the gym. The pool will need a break for maintenance. A nature walk would be a good addition.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel — everything from the comfort of the rooms to the attention to detail was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a perfect start to each day. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the restaurants served truly excellent food.But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Special thanks to R, Aid, and Sun, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warmth and professionalism care made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and kind — they are the heart of this place. We will definitely be back!

Location is great. Flexible menu. Staff are great.

Waves on the beach can be rough some days, making it impossible to swim in the sea. But most days the sea was calm. Variety of healthy food options could be even more

A modern property in a really nice beach. Easy & cheap to get to the airport. Superb breakfast.

The property is very popular amongst Russian guests. Not the cheapest option.

Food: absolutely terrible food for breakfast, very poor selection, mainly Asian food, no selection of ordinary food like salmon, ham etc.Room condition: old furniture - needed renovation, mold in bathroom, super heavy air - impossible to be without AC, but AC is too old and with bad smell when turned on. not 5* hotel experience

Beautiful Long Beach, rooms were very big , hotel not too crowded

There was no life guard at the beach, also beach was not get cleaned daily, many Russians making late night parties

Beach front and breakfast

staff extremely slow, order beer when eating dinner and after 15 minutes i pick it up my self in the bar, happen twice. made drink wrong twice, we did correct her but she did not like that. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids was very small. 120cm beds for me and my wife plus we paid 10 000 baht each night. To be am Mariott hotell we were extremely surprise because we always like the level of service on all other hotel we stayed at.

Loved it all- the beach, the pool, the breakfast, the gym, the restaurant and bar, the cocktails, .... but most of the staff. They were amazing.

Location is the best in Phuket if you want a quiet beach away from the loud crowds. Empty sandy beach right in front of the hotel.Food is good and the Thai staff is doing a great job !

The hotel should totally review the pool policy and allow only adults in the main pool as there is a big and nice kids pool. If you’re coming to rest and relax, you’ll have to deal with Russian children jumping and splashing you in the adult pool which kills the relaxing luxury vibe.
