Quality Beach Resorts and Spa Patong

The service everyone was soo nice and helpful I liked it so much I stayed an extra night ! I would definitely return :)

Everything , location is the key value here. + the hotel is quite luxury if you compare it to other hotels near by. The only "bad" thing here is that you don't get any sun in the pool.

The fact that there is no sun area in the pool, and the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Location, accommodations, pool, and breakfast!

Concierge could be better and more information on local spots.

Big comfortable room ( we took the 2 bedroom suit) ,the staff was very nice , breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a construction area, very loud.the water pressure was low and the water temperature kept changing

Had an exceptional stay at Quality Beach Resort & Spa Phuket — beautiful views, warm hospitality, spotless rooms, and everything designed for pure relaxation. The spa, pool, and beach access made the experience unforgettable. Already looking forward to going back

Great location. Right in the middle of all the excitement but set back far enough to feel peace and quiet.

The shower didn’t drain. Hopefully it’s fixed.

Room is large

Live music show with restaurant and kitchen staff below my room.

Location was perfect. Loved my upstairs room facing the street.

Construction going on.. won’t last forever, and can only make the place even better!

It is beautiful, very clean, friendly staff. We ordered room service and the food was really good

Nothing, everything was excellent

the location of the hotel is pretty good, very close to the centre

swimming pool is very small, and no sun light reaches until the pool area

I had a very pleasant stay at Quality Beach Patong. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach and main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options, and the pool area was a great place to unwind.Overall, I really enjoyed my time here — great service, perfect location, and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong

That it's close to everything

smell of the room- like standing water, everything is old, and it feels like it's not a clean hotel.

It was our first trip with a baby (1 year old), so it was challenging. We had some troubles in the first days, but the kind staff did everything and beyond to resolve any problem accured. The location was perfect- in front of the beach and a fee minutes walk from any main location.

The room was comfy and spacious. The bed was large and the mattress not too firm. The room was clean when we got there, maid came everyday to clean and change sheets. The hotel itself looks like it’s been taken care of.The pool was clean, and the gym although didn’t have many machines and equipment had a sauna next to it, which was a nice touch.

The shower sometimes could take a little longer to warm up and the gym didn’t have many machines, but there is nothing really that I didn’t like.

Beautiful hotel, quiet, nice pool, great service! I can't say anything bad. Stay here if you get a chance!

The location is good, you can get to the main areas in a few minutes walk and the beach is infant of the hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful and I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Good location with clean pool

Pillow could be too soft for some people and a hard pillow was not provided when requested. Some breakfast items seemed not very fresh.

Nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Across from the beach and the pool was very refreshing.

You can bring restaurant food to the room unless you order from them

great location still central but far enough its quiet. at 2 am the friend chicken cart is at the front handy for a midnight snack. 30 second walk to the beach,

pool is perfect to relax during the day. We had a pool view and when waking up or at the room in the evening it was nice to sit down on the balcony and enjoy the view with a drink. The location was excellent. Calm and close to the beach. Close to the center.Stuff was always nice and helpful.
