Tajh Pool Villas

Place was so clean, swim up pool was so luxury. Staff were quick responding and friendly. Really recommend here!

Would be a 10 but location is a bit in the middle of nowhere obviously we knew this when booking but for location reasoning 9.

Pool access, helpful staff, comfy room, easy scooter hire, 24/7 reception, nice coffee in the morning from the cafe, good wifi. beautiful gardens!!

power points were not next to bed

This place was amazing and such good value for money. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need and open onto a beautiful pool. We loved all the plants and greenery around the villas too. Such a pretty place to stay. The staff were all so lovely, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff do an amazing job, our room was cleaned to a great standard everyday. The cafe has some lovely food and drinks, so definitely give it a try if you stay here.Location wise, it's a little out the way if you want to walk to things so I recommend hiring a bike (which the reception staff can help you do). Sad to leave this place, one of my favourite places we stayed during our trip to Phuket.

The bed was comfortable, but honestly that’s about it.

The staff. Horribly unhelpful, uninterested, and just poor hospitality. The pool facility isn’t nearly as clean as it looks on the photos. There was dirty ash trays as all times in the communal areas.

Friendly staff who were always helpful. Clean rooms and spacious

Noisy rooms. We could hear our neighbors all the time.

Divine stay - beautiful interconnected pool with lovely greenery. Very big room with good amenities. Delicious on-site cafe and they do room service. Thank you TAJH!(P.S. it’s not that hard to get around just download and use Bolt for taxis!)

Only small downsides are the bed is a little harder than I’d have liked and the air conditioning was noisy when on for long periods overnight. But everything else was perfect I’d definitely recommend!

+ Pool+ Staff+ Design of room

- 120min Massage was NOT included as noted on booking.com only small discount - Location lowkey abroad- Can hear neighbour watching tv

Swimming pool, cleaning every day

Staff attitude. Poor service

The Pool access from the room was a highlight. Felt like a boutique resort in a quiet area which was peaceful during the day.

The mattresses were too hard for our liking (but that comes down to personal preference)

Loved the property, very clean and super friendly staff. The room was very spacious, direct access to the pool to the pool was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of it

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We were a group of six families (19 people), and the hotel accommodated all our requests seamlessly. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Thai food was exceptional. The chai with Gulab Jamun was a delightful surprise that everyone loved!

Nothing major, but if I had to nitpick—the pool wasn’t very clean, the location was a bit far from the airport, and the Indian food could have been better.

The staff were very friendly. WiFi was excellent. Place was clean

Very spacious room with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very supportive staff willing to help for any need. Laundry facilities at disposal of the guest at a very cheap price

The lobby and the general maintenance should be improved with relatively small efforts

The pool is nice

We don’t recommend staying here - the rooms are extremely noisy, we could hear everything our neighbors were talking - they charge a high amount when lines are dirtied by you. BUT the rude things is, they provide dirtied sheets and towels to you- the Mobiliar is quite old and widely mixed together - reception is nice but their English is not sufficient

The staff were all fantastic, but I would not recommend this hotel to travelers from out of town staying in Phuket for a few days. We had difficulties getting taxis, which is no fault of the hotel, but the location was more challenging to stay at than we anticipated. It would be great for a long-term stay or if you have a motorcycle, but relying on taxis was tough. The restaurant was so tasty, everything was absolutely fabulous, so all in all, it was a great stay, but I should have done more research about the area in advance.

Loved the freidnly staff and the peaceful vibe of the Hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet but you need a Scooter to travel around which the hotel has on site. The staff are verty friendly and understanding of requirements.

The toiliet paper is very thin.

We really enjoyed their breakfast and when we asked for anything, they were quick to respond. The ladies at the Villa were helping and friendly.

Ok id best how I can describe.

firstly Booking.com play around with price for the same time stay. When I started booking process I had to go next step I had to refresh website cause didn't let me pay then the price was higher I said ok maybe many people watching this property so that's why price higher still decided to book then few hours later customer service contact me that price isn't correct and is too low so they offer me to pay an extra to keep this booking, my Wife and I agan decided to keep thos booking cause we already booked some other things around this location and we thought that we might catch really good offer. Then we realised that we didn't catch super offer it was overrated and overpaid stay. Staff was good and helpful as much as they can, but molded wals in the toilet not comfy bed problem with electricity or lots of chlorine used in the pools. smells of cigarettes butts in the room isn't really appropriate.

Fantastic stay, gorgeous property. Staff particularly Tartar could not do enough for us. Room was cleaned daily.

the hotel and rooms looks exactly as the pictures and description. it's very quiet and ideal for people who wants to chill.

a little bit far from everything..but you can rent a motorcycle
