Location good, friendly staff, great value for money.

The shower didn’t drain well so the water stuck quite a while

Overall, the stay was good. The room was comfortable and the hotel was decent.

On the last day, lift maintenance was done around 10 AM, forcing us to use the stairs multiple times and carry our luggage ourselves, which caused chaos during checkout. Room service was reluctant to provide tea, coffee, water and toiletries,we had to ask multiple times for these basic items.

Montree is my go-to hotel for staying in Phuket. Friendly and helpful staff, speak English well, and great value for your money. Highly recommend.

Location was great . 5 min walk from night market, 10 min drive to pier . Staff was amazing there is a welcome drink. We had three superior bed room so three beds. Overall a good place to stay in. Not noisy like in Patong. This was tight in the old city so quieter but everything was a stone throw away. They have laundry machine self service too . Also offer laundry.

3000 bht cash deposit. Air condition was noisy but not too bad .

My second stay at Montree Phuket! Right in the centre of old town, close to a 7-eleven and the night market, and can walk to lots of restaurants and coffee shops! Room was clean, water provided, and can use the hotels laundry service! Thank you - would stay again!

Very small bathroom. No private parking.

Friendly, accommodating staff with excellent spoken English in an excellent location in "old Phuket town". Close to local eateries, shops and massage.

The transfer from airport arranged through hotel could not be found, despite numerous emailed confirmations from hotel. Thankfully alternatives were readily available at the airport, albeit at a higher price.

Central location & walkable distance to the city

It was a no go for us that sensitive data (passport information) of another tourist was handed out to us on the back side of the wifi code paper. We want our data to be handled in a careful way and not being shared with strangers. The lady at the reception said it was an accident, but these accidents should not happen. Also we booked a breakfast with the room and even though there seemed to be plenty of food choices on the menu we were only able to select from the last three pages. Breakfast was just ok.

The hotel in the main street and close to Phuket Old Town and shopping mall. It’s very convenient.

Room very small and tiny.

Good location. 7 min walk to downtown. But also quite place to rest.

A/C is not that easy to set to wanted mode cause it is right in front of bed. So all the cold wind gets to your face

Staff where friendly, this was only a one might stay as was moving to patong the next day, bed was comfy, I stayed in a budget room. It was a tad on the small side, but had TV, desk, and fridge. Free water. My partners sister also stayed in the hotel and had a larger room saying it was nicer so had i have realised and took note i would have gone for the larger room, that was totally on me.

Had to give a 500Baht deposit, this was given back after the room was checked. Could not get the TV to english to figure out what the menu options where saying.

Small roomWindows have to be clean more often.Key card had to be removed when we were outside the room shutting off the a/c thereforec room was hot after returning .

Lovely staff so friendly and helpful at reception welcoming us in and helping us get comfortable with surroundings.The food was delicious really recommend especially for breakfast, the staff at the cafe are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean with AC, Cleaning service was great with friendly hardworking staff. Highly recommend this hotel was amazing , super close to old town to explore the shops and the food markets are a short walk way, close to a few 7/11. Again highly recommended.
