Proximity to the beach, food and shops. Comfortable beds, staff friendly and very accommodating . Enjoyed the free yoga class option. Great gym

Not impressed with food from beach bar- not hot when delivered

We loved the room with walking access to the gorgeous and serene garden/pool area. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, constantly providing excellent service. The check-in experience was incredible.

They lied in the booking picture they but beach pictures , so I thought this is beachfront resort when I arrived to the resort I discovered that the resort it’s not beach resort they only have swimming pool. They don’t have beach in the resort.

Would have liked a nice cocktail lounge for evenings. Pool bar very good but closed at 5.30.

It was ok. We had to change rooms as we were in a room that was only accessible by a steep stairs with no handrail.

A perfect hotel to enjoy the vacation in Thailand. The staff greets new guests with a welcome drinks and a flower necklace. The rooms are clean and huge. The pool area is amazing.

Surin Beach is a peaceful spot, making it an ideal location for this resort. We celebrated our honeymoon in a luxurious duplex suite with a private pool. The 5-star resort is modern, functional, private, and incredibly comfortable. Chart and the team were always there to assist us, keeping everything spotlessly clean with a lovely fragrance everywhere, and they were always friendly and eager to help with anything we needed.The gym is fantastic, with a studio equipped with boxing bags. The main pool is stunning, and the pool bar serves delicious drinks. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offers a lot of variety. Although the resort doesn’t have a private beach, it has a partnership with other hotels in the network, with shuttles almost every hour to their beach clubs. The nearby beach is public, quiet, and very relaxing.A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful treats for our honeymoon and for making my wife’s birthday celebration extra special!

Lovely pool, great gym. The steak restaurant wagyu was excellent. We got a pool access room but i wouldnt bother in future, The standard rooms looked bigger. if anything we felt the room was on the small side

The pool access room felt a bit cramped. The beach is a few minutes walk across a not very nice area.

Loved the loft we stayed in, great for a family of 4. the private pool was used a lot..:)

The water thermostat in our bathroom was a nightmare - the temperature was not constant / consistent but changed intermittently throughout our shower!

All around excellent. Great access to different restaurants with hotel van. Wagyu Steakhouse at the hotel one of the best restaurants I have ever been, amazing. Service and politeness of all staff above average.

Excellent service from all staff throughout our stay, including a complimentary room upgrade on check-in. Perfect location just across the road from Surin beach.

Great design, modern style.They also have an app with hotel information which you can use for restaurant reservation or contact the reception.

There is no coffee machine in the room (just a manual device and you need to prepare the coffee by yourself, so useless…).

Twinpalms is a beautiful resort with modern architecture and lots of nature. The big blue swimming pool that was designed like a river made a beautiful scenery. The food was always delicious and very great value for money! The service was very good and the staff always made sure to make you feel welcome. Twinpalms offers hourly shuttle busses to partnered beach clubs and restaurants, which are worthy of visiting. After a 3 mins walk you reach a beautiful beach. Overall Twinpalms is a excellent place to stay in if you want to visit Phuket.

The major sight seeing spots are pretty far away.
