Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas, Nai Yang Beach

Customer service was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The people here were so sweet and professional. Very nice place to stay and only 1 mile from the airport but it seems like you are far away in paradise.

The room was not ready at 3 o’clock as stated. I had go into a serious conversation with staff to get the room.

Booked room with balcony, got a mosquito invested patio! Does not allow early check-in’s forced you to download an app that they used to send non stop notifications.

I like the property for its location and staff were great.

Moldy smell that all my clothes had the smell from the room,dampness and AC wasn’t working well and had smell of spores

The location’s nice. Close to the beach and the airport. Love the Lime Spa in the hotel.

The bug fogging thing started without notifying us (even though the reception insisted they did, but we didn’t receive any related information when checking in, and there’s no note in the room). The fog came inside the room even with the door closely shut and locked. The reception said it’s natural and not chemical, so no need to panic, but both my friend and I felt terrible that this happened. The breakfast was just average. There were flies all over the bread (especially the raisin rolls and cinnamon rolls).

Nice private pool, wonderful garden and the entire area was like a wonderful park. The location is perfect - just across you are at the beach and only a short walk to all Nai Yang restaurants.

The location close to the airport is very convenient (10 min in taxi). The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large and quiet. You may need to walk a bit if your room is further away.The breakfast was very good, especially the Thai dishes.The hotel provides a lot of free stuff: free sport and yoga classes everyday, gym, paddle board and kayak, floaties in the swimming pool. They gave us lots of baby toiletries for our daughter.It's a very kids friendly place, with an outdoor playground and indoor kids club. Our toddler had the greatest time at the kids club and Fashai, the lady running it, was an angel and took great care of our daughter.We will definitely consider coming back again and thanks the hotel staff for an amazing experience!

We chose this place because it was close to the airport and the beach, the facility is large with activities such as work out classes and western style breakfast buffet. Friendly staff!

Seems to cater more to European/American tourists and did not feel like an authentic Thai experience. I also found the rooms have a single door between the bedroom and bathroom which is not fully enclosed and made of partially frosted glass, so it felt lacking in privacy. I think there are more modern and updated hotels in this area that are at a better price point.

The location was great. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, national park and good restaurants. They also had bike for us to use which we really enjoyed.

Not much

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. It was in a perfect location for that, and somehow the noise from the flight path wasn’t disturbing. I arrived before check-in time but a room was quickly serviced for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a quality massage on site.

Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t on the best stretch of beach

Nice and clean Hotel. All the room entrances are separated so you dont really need to encounter with any other guests. Super close to the airport, about 7-8 min by car. Beach is right across the street. Delicious and abundant breakfast

The room floor was ice cold. That was the only downside
