HOMA Phuket Town

The hotel is well clean and the pool is amazin.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It was rather warm in the room despite having the cooling set to the max. It felt like it was just pushing out room temperature air the entire time.

Cozy place.. i can stay longer with computer and remotely working too. Nice surroundings and nearby massage was also very nice. A la carte was working quite nicely. Esp. after sunset restaurant outdoor part was very warm atmosphere.

Well. Obviously breakfast was good but variety was quite small. We stayed only short time (2 days/breakfasts) but I think that on third day I would end up same choices. Probably if staying longer i would take my own breakfast

The pool and fitness center were both nice. They had a lot of things for kids and families even though we were just adults. The staff was very nice and always helpful.

It was quite far from a lot of things. I felt like everywhere we went it was a 30-50 minute taxi ride.

The hotel had a fabulous rooftop pool open late, the restaurant on the rooftop was also fantastic, with good vegetarian and vegan options.The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.The staff was super lovely and helpful when we were dealing with an emergency at checkout.

Hotel is a bit far from the city centre / coast.We got a room on Floor 2 (really first floor up from ground floor) with a massive window looking directly down onto the lobby and the transit are between all the rooms. Directly across from our room was also a big co-working space with an equally massive window looking directly into our room, maybe 20 meter across from it. We had to keep the blinds closed for the whole stay as people could see right in.If you are a very light sleeper, this room was not great as you could hear people walk by quite clearly in the evening and early morning. Bonus points for dog spotting though!

Great unit. Nice, modern, facilities, well-designed, vaulted glass windows, full stocked kitchen, and comfortable bed. I love that they have an app suite so you can do everything you need to from your phone; find wifi information, contact front desk via chat, order food, even ordering amenity kits or other items. I ordered toilet paper with the tap of a button and in 5 minutes had a staff knock on my door with roll in hand.

Automatic negative overall experience because the TV is useless. It's basically decorative. It's locked to some hotel software so the only things you can do it on are look at pre-loaded hotel information. It did have abotu 8 cable channels that were all various news stations from around the world; BBC, Al Jazzerah, etc. and some Thai and Chinese soaps.You cannot watch Netflix. You cannot watch Youtube. You cannot watch any of your streaming apps. It's actually ridiculous. At this point, you should just take the TV out because I guarantee nobody is using it once they realize that it's unusable. It says it has Samsung connect and iOS/chromecast - I don't have an Samsung and iOS/Chromecast didn't ever show up on my devices. So it's clearly not an option. If this TV lock wasn't implemented, this would have been a 5 star review.

Quiet location. Good sized comfortable rooms. The gym and swimming pool were amazing.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and I’ll keep a very nice memory of my time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom.The rooftop pool was a highlight — great views, a poolside bar, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers a gaming room with a PlayStation, 8-ball pool, table tennis, and other games. The gym is well equipped, and the restaurant serves high-quality food with very friendly and helpful staff.A huge plus was the unlimited access to filtered drinking water, which none of our other stays in Thailand provided.

The hotel is relatively far from the city center and Phuket Old Town.Some of the game room equipment could be better maintained — the 8-ball table was not level, and one foosball table bar was broken and loose.

The rooftop swimming pool was amazing - we watched the sunset every night we stayed there.

We were confortable and welcomed there. Friendly and helpful staff, very ckean and tidy hotel

Central, not super close to the heart of old phuket town, however only say 700m from a good marketHotel presents well, staff were good, laundry service and good water refill stations

Good location next to local markets and beautiful old town.Overall good facilities, nice rooms, good gym, pool and very friendly and welcoming staff.VIVA resturant on Pool rooftop has great and convinient food (Italian, Westren and Local), great priced too and it adds significantly to the hotel leisure, specifically for family with kids.

It was our third time in this hotel, it was a great hotel but time had its impact...1) Many toys in the kids game room are broken and need replacement.2) People that are living there are taking occupied chairs at the pool and moving private things to free space for their own, that should be better enforced by staff.3) Used to be better priced, but this is just a demand I guessOverall still a great hotel and would come back if staying again at this location next to the old town.

The room, the facilities, the location and the service of the employees. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is very good.

I wish I had stayed longer.

Beautiful place Super cleanNew

Breakfast options were super super limited. The restaurant was fine but some of the dishes are hit or miss. The hotel is close to Phuket old town and is 15 mins away from many activities by car. However, the area itself around the hotel is quite poor. There isn’t much to see around or even go for a walk.
