Location on the beach.

I booked through you aplication for 2 adults and one 16 yo child and at the front desk they didn’t recognize your booking and I had to pay extra money.

everything is clean and staff is very friendly

the room for my family is very good, only a little bit small size, a little crowded.

Old furniture in rooms Breakfast buffet lacks variety of dishes.My reservation was not found . It took 30 minutes to find my reservation. My request for check in was not met.

It’s spacious. Loved the swimming pool and tennis courts .

They were renewing half of the resort and they didn’t inform me until after I booked

Rooms are of good size however a bit dated. The main highlight of the property is the beach, which is private (rare in Thailand) and super clean. The location of the property is also very good as it close to Patong but no chaotic.

the property is dated and going through renovation. Breakfast area presently is small and people had to wait in queues.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Clean safe good for kids

When ordering food, the restaurant’s delivery person is not allowed to enter, and I had to go out and pick it up myself

The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning beach views just steps away. The fresh fruits served were incredibly delicious, and the staff was warm, helpful, and always welcoming. A truly enjoyable stay—I’d love to come back!

The beach is amazing and there is a number of activities for kids

The service is a bit slow and not very attentive to particular request (ie allergies)

The location of the property is excellent. The private beach in particular is a huge draw card. The staff are excellent.

The location, the pools, the beach, some of the reception staff were kind and helpful. Transportation services were fab. The same staff who took us to Karon temple and then to the airport on the last day was the best of employees amongts all. True 5 stars service. Anticipated every our move. Was patient and beyond professional!

Noisy guests near 585. Wooden door separating the rooms. Loud music at 2.30am, crying baby on the last day. One of the booked rooms was not ready ar 3pm. No one had emailed us. Left bedside lamp in 692 was not working. Ignorant hostess at the breakfast service. Twice we said hello, hi, good morning. She ignored us staring at a paper sheet. Rushed staff at both Recipe and Tonson restaurants. Cleared plates while we are still chewing, rushing to clear the table as we had remaining food and while chatting. Overpriced Italian and Japanese restaurants. Housekeeping did not change bedsheets in 692 once, only tucked in the used duvet and bedsheet, did not replenish the water twice and had to call them. On day 3 had to wait 25 minutes for water refill. This isnt 5 stars service. This is below average...

Overall it was good, little overpriced, nice and comfortable private beach, kind stuff, saw alot of comments about bad quality toilet papers and old furniture and it is true. Expected more luxury for this price. I think they will have a renovation next month, hope they will take this in consideration Highly recommend if affordable specially for families.

Location is ace. And good that they have smoking areas in most of the restaurants (except breakfast which was an adverse change on last time when we could smoke at the outside tables at.breakfast). They also have smoking rooms

There are no sun loungers and tables in ANY of the beach or pool areas where guests can also smoke. This is ridiculous given the immense space available and large private beach.The. Hotel made it difficult for me to actually get a. Smoking room , even i was prepared to pay extra. It was SUCH a stressful checkin
