Property is not as it looks in photo, it is not recommended for family at all

Towel was dirty and room was not good very small one with the smell, neat to boxing studio so night time louse noise in room.

We absolutely love this place. Staff are amazing and super nice and helpful . The beds are very comfortable. Located right next to night markets with amazing food and a short walk to the famous bangler Road and Beach. This is our 3rd time here, and we will be back again. Also, there is a nice quiet rooftop pool to cool down in after a day out in the sun.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

Staff had extremely poor communication and makes disgusting comments and faces in front of you thinking you don’t understand Thai. Bathroom has mould everywhere and was unsanitary. The rooms need a massive clean

Great location in the heart of Patong.

The rooms could use a renovation; they look worn out.

It was close to Bangla Road. Laundry was cheap and was ready within 24 hours.

The room and the pool does not look like the photos. It was tidy but not clean necessarily.

This hotel is a great price with amazing staff and clean rooms.It is also a short walk to Bangler road and the beach . There is a market next-door to this hotel every night with good food.This is the second time we have stayed here and we will stay here again.

The location was good as it was close to markets and bangla Road.

There was nothing to like. The pictures shown on Booking.com are deceiving. Rooms were the smallest. The pool was so small and dirty. Staff was rude and unhelpful. It felt as if we were staying for free, and they were doing us a favour by letting us stay. Congested and smelly lobby. Air conditioning wouldn't work 80% of the time. It was the most uncomfortable stay ever. They had trash stored under the staircase right in front of the rooms. We literally had to beg them to change our room because the air conditioning of the first assigned room didn't work, and we had to stay up all night because of that. They kept on saying that they didn't have rooms, but upon constant argument for like an hour, they finally changed our room. The similar issue occurred in the other room on and off, but we made it work cause it was not consistent.In short, just stay anywhere else.

Its ok. only one Lady Looks after everything. she was not helpful and have no breakfast menu. [only bread, egg and fried rice is the breakfast menu. Room is good. after all poor experience. In my stay I need to morning call I try to talk several time with one guys but he did not speak English and he play games in mobile he did not listen my necessary.

The bed was big and very comfortable. Room nice and clean. Provided extra pillows on request. Very good value for money. Near shops and nightlife.

Quite a walk to the beach, but not too far

For the price the room was great. Finding the hotel wasn't too hard.
