Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach By IHG

Only the staff

There was a very strong urine smell coming from the bathroom throughout my entire stay. The hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating—it’s more like a 3-star at best and is definitely overrated.

The location was great for us. Not far from Patong at all and Karon had a lot going on, within walking distance of hotel

The rooms could be serviced alot more! There was visible mold, the room ALWAYS felt damped! The air unit would blow hot and cold randomly. Cleanly came and didn't clean. The groundskeeping was very consistent but the rooms could be a lot better! Also, most of the outlets in the room didn't work

Location good in Karon area not to busy by tourist and not to far from beach . Staff very helpful .3 swimming pool were good

Noisy from road and hot water not stable

Hot water at bathroom was dirty and colored as it is rusted

It’s an amazing quiet resort not affected by any noises perfect for families and couples

Mostly the swimming pool and the tropical design and overall the greenery and gardening

The room was very spacious and comfortable

The facilities was ok and the room was far from the entrance

I loved the swimming facilities and the plunge private pool.

There was a bit of limitation on the buffet menu. I didn't see much of Thai food options

Everything was easy and pleasant from check-in to check-out. Friendly service, clean rooms, and a beautiful resort atmosphere

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach. The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

We had a fabulous time with my family at the holiday inn in Karon beach, the rooms are very clean and kids can enjoy the kids pool and watch on Fridays movie nights, Food was very delicious and team very professional, they know how to take care of your needs! I would like to mention Pichay at the front office for making our checking very smooth. Also thankyou for the kitchen team for taking care of us for our breakfast request, chef made a great green curry taste very authentic we thoroughly enjoyed it very much. We will definitely return for our next visit and hope to see the same team next year. Thankyou

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Karon so much that we decided to extend it! The staff were always friendly and very helpful, which made everything easy and enjoyable. The pool is big and relaxing, breakfast has plenty of options, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location near the beach too. Great value for money. Highly Recommend!

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The pool is expansive, the room comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety. Overall, it’s excellent value for money.

we had such a great stay. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Pools were amazing, we had few cocktails at the Joe Kool's Pool Bar and it was great. Breakfast had lots of variety, I love the fresh orange. The location is perfect for us since it isn't crowded, it was quiet and relaxing.

nothing we didn't like

Breakfast was really good staff was help full and room was clean

Dain was really help full all the time. We will be back next time.

Good value for money and very helpful staff

The plunge pool in the bedroom was marketed as private and a plant wall to segregate from other rooms, however there was no plant wall, one could clearly see other rooms from the plunge pool. Pool were not clean until instructed.

I really loved how friendly the staff was They were really helpful and kind

I think it’s a bit far from the attractions that we went too
