Bed bugs found in my bed and there was communication from hotel despite being informed them

Great location, 5 mint walking to center of old town.Friendly staff, that waited patiently for our late check-in.

Bed was hard as a rock. The shower was a hazard, as soon as you turned it on the water was severely hot and then the temperature regulated.

We didn’t actually stay here as when we checked in, the rooms were filthy so we asked for a refund and left

I liked that the staff has always been helpful. I am thankful to Swalaah (I hope I spelled it right) in the night shift for making it easy for me. They even guided me to make it a wonderful experience.

I think everything was good. But if there is something that they add is an option for food.

The location is perfect for old town but expensive to get around the rest of Phuket

The bed was rock solid and the staff where hard to communicate with at the reception. we wanted to ask about the local attractions, what time to receptin closed and basic tourist questions which, where hard to translate due to language barriers with multiple staff.

the worst shower i've ever seen: just a trickle of water coming out (at least on the 4th floor) which makes showering really frustratingyou ask the cleaning ladies to renew the shower gel everyday because it's empty but they never do...

We stayed two nights in different rooms: private twin with shared bathroom and full private with bathroom. The first room was nice and clean, but the second one (which is more expensive) had dust and some insects. In general hostel is okay, but the price is too high in my opinion. Location is good though, you will have everything near.

the room stank of damp, was like a prison cell, bed is hard, genuinely disgusting the walls were filthy and stain. it was so bad that we didn’t even stay here a singular night.

there was poop stains on out towels (plus disgusting smell), there were stains on our bed, the whole room was humid and wet - even the bed, the walls are extremely thinwould not recommend going there

Good rooms and comfortable beds with fluffy blankets and thick dark curtains. The personnel is extremely friendly and ready to help and the location is great. A lot of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Sunday market is right around the corner. Laundry is next door

1. I lived on the third floor and there was no elevator or anything like that to get my suitcase. There is a storage room for it on the first floor, where I was recommended to leave it, but it smells funny2. The lockers are outside the room, and you need to bring or buy a lock for them. I didn't really need it, though, because there is a lot of space near your bed (like one long shelf), and you need a key to get into the room.3. If you leave something in the common area it might disappear. I was there for two weeks once my food disappeared from the fridge and another time my jacket disappeared from the drying rack (that's okay for me, because I wanted to throw it away anyways, and just forgot, but if you have something valuable beware)4. It's not really a con, more like personal preference, but I feel like they should put more chairs and tables in common areas. There is definitely room for that near staircasesIt's not only about the hostel, but about this area in general, so I don't count this when deciding on my rating:1. It's very hard, and sometimes even impossible, to get hot water. Warm yes, hot - no.2. In this hostel, and also in many restaurants, you pay an additionaly 3% for using a card instead of cash3. Pay attention to air conditioning. Usually, it's around 35-40 celcius outside, but inside it's 25 max because of air conditioning. Easy to catch a cold. But in this hostel you have the remote and can regulate the temperature, so that is a plus :)

Staff is very friendly, the look of the hostel is modern, they separate toilet from showers, easy check-in and check-out.

I did not like that the doors at the showers are broken (so the outside zone of the shower gets all wet), two shower heads are damaged, so it is really comfortable to shower in one shower our of 3, just one of the broken ones have a private mirror, i wich they had paper towels for hand next to the sink to dry hands. The hostel doesn’t have the vibe to integrate with others as a solo traveler.
