The room was fine.

Hotel offers freebies to people that leave a top rating. We provided honest feedback in websites, and the staff asked us to change our review to get free late check out. We didn't change it, so we didnt get late check out. Current H rating is inaccurate.

The room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Kata Beach, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when booking a taxi to the airport through the hotel, as the taxi never arrived and I could have missed my flight. Fortunately, I was able to arrange another taxi on my own.

A bit far away from restaurants and markets. But the restaurant of the hotel was wonderful.

Location is away from town. Pool too small for size and number of people. Was not what we expected from pictures. I would take an upper patio/balcony rather than a pool entrance.

The place is nice, and clean. The pool is decent. All first floor rooms has balcony to the pool.

My room was by the entrance of the restaurant where they serve breakfast. The same floor has kids club, gym and spa. It was kinda loud. If you are staying here just make sure to ask for a room away from floor 1.

One of the best hotels to stay in, very comfortable and the staff are great starting from the reception to the shuttle services and the best breakfast for sure with the kind staff Beam and Golf. Love it and will come back thanks.

Very comfortable and luxury experience. Room is very spacious and shower alone is worth it. Staff is very friendly and always very available. They are for sure the secret weapon of this hotel.

Room furniture was old

Having a room right off the pool was lovely. Our daughter loved it. I heard someone complaining about how cold the water was but we were HOT there and liked how cool it was. The swim up bar was nice. My husband had a massage and said that experience was very nice - and the best massage he had in Thailand.

Just some simple things like the grout in the shower was not all white. Once, the water filling the jacuzzi tub looked yellow when it was filled up. Some of the furniture was worn and older. The little couch in our room was old and could use replacing. Some of the fountains around the property were empty and not running. Everything was nice and we loved the nature all around the place but things were a little "worn." This was minor to us though. Overall, we really loved it there. We were careful with our doors and used the screens, so we did not have issues with mosquitos.

The location is situated on a hill overlooking the Andaman Sea and is conveniently close to Kata Beach. Our room provides direct access to the pool and features a bathtub. Although the building isn’t large, it is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, and absolutely stunning! The service from the staff was outstanding.

The hotel is not clean. Dust everywhere. Towels ripped. Cleaning was hardly done. We left a pizza box in our room from day 1 and that was still there upon check out! Handles and glass all had marks from god knows how long. I would not recommend coming here as it is not clean. There is mess on the floor.

The pool was nice especially for the heat. The room was a nice size for a suite, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was a nice selection too

I’m not sure what the cleaning standards are but they weren’t great. We used the coffee mugs in our room every day and they’d never take them/replace them with clean ones unless we asked. The towels looked quite used and just a random assortment. Some were frayed, and had words in them that had nothing to do with the hotels. I wonder if we got cleaning towels by accidents. The bed sheets also had little stains, and rips. We ordered room service and they’d leave that in the room and not take it. We finally put it outside and it stayed there for 2 days. Part of it was an open bowl of curry - it didn’t smell great in the hall. They didn’t mop or clean the floor because a coffee spill was there for the whole trip. There was also stuff in my bathroom on the floor from previous guests. The pool towels are also stained and look like the actual cleaning towels. It doesn’t have be a 5 star place, but the little hygiene stuff just didn’t really happen. It was still super affordable and in the end a decent stay, but we’d probably try another hotel next time.

the pillow was rather soft. There is no nightstand next to bed. The body wash is almost empty.

The pictures of the hotel here are very different from reality. The rooms are old and dirty, zero sound isolation. There is a very strong smell of mould in the hotel. The location is in the middle of nowhere. The hotel provides transfer to overcrowded nearby beach. Overall I feel like it wasn’t worth the money I paid and there are plenty of better options in Phuket for this price.
