Great pool area to hang out by
The hotel was at a great location and the staff were a great help when we needed. The pool area was fun and well looked after.

Pool Is Good And Enough Bed For PoolBreakfast Is Good
Cleanin Room Not Good There were no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo in the room.
The staff was helpful and friendly
The smell of the rooms, we requested a room change as it smelt like mould. The rooms could have been much cleaner
When I booked this hotel I was wary of this hotel because of the reviews that I read but was pleasantly surprised with it was clean and tidy the rooms were a bit dated but very good I had read that the staff were rude but I found this was not the case they were very helpful and happy from the reception to the bar staff and the restaurant and cleaners.I think that the people who put bad reviews on this hotel were expecting too much or were just rude people themselves, I could not fault anyone or anything about this hotel my only dislike was the bacon and eggs for breakfast was cold but if you ask the would cook fresh eggs and reheat the bacon. We were in room 151 with pool access which I would highly recommend
Location
Said we had got 3 towels dirty with sand after washing and charged us £15 absolutely disgusting. We even left the hotel early due to this and went elsewhere NEVER BOOK HERE
Location, service and amenities were pretty good. We had booked 3 rooms and requested for a baby cot in one of them - which they had provided.
The staff were great as was the pool area.
The rooms are looking tired and in need of some upgrade for the price.
The receptionist staff and the cleaners were very friendly. Swimming pool nice and fits family as well as solo-traveler. Location also nice many things around you.
Only floor requires some renovation.
The check in process was very fast. The pools were amazing. I loved that the hotel provided pool towels in the room along with a beach bag to use at the hotel.
I saw a few bed bugs and was itchy throughout the stay
I loved this hotel. The staff were great, very friendly & helpful. Our room was good and serviced every day if we required it.Our Premier Waterfront Room was great. Breakfast was very good everyday and lastly the position is excellent.

It’s was a beautiful Hotel to stay at. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. The facilities were so good the pool area was so wellSet out and the gym was so well Equipped. Highly recommend this hotel to stay your next holiday.
Buffet breakfast each morning was great, Thursday night Buffet dinner was excellent. Pool was excellent & very family friendly. We had a super large bed which was great but a little hard for our liking. Staff were friendly & helpful at all times but some language barriers. Overall we loved our stay & would definitely recommend to others.
Beds were a little hard. Some language barriers with staff & could do with a little more of a kitchenette when staying longer periods.
Absolutely amazing place to stay! Worth the money, so clean and the breakfast was amazing!Staff go above and beyond! Location was just smack bang in the middle! Cannot wait to come back next year!
Great location resort, quiet but not too far to walk to main street. Breakfast selection was great, but can get extremely busy during peak periods.
Excellent Pool facilities unfortunately only operates 7am- 7pm
If they would open up the pool bar and extend the pool operating hours until 9pm each night would enhance the experience
