Clean, location, staff amazing

Everything was good

Daily housekeeping service and mini shop by the reception area.

The washer takes 30 baht and 60 baht for dryer. Those machines only take 10 baht coin but it was such a struggle to get 10 baht coins. They always run out of coins at the reception and there's no exchange machine available on site. The nearest place to possibly exchange the coins is Big C like 15 minutes walking distance but people gave you hard time with 10 baht coins change.

Not fresh but clean apartments. Close to King Rama park. Nice location. Not far from the Naka market and Central.

No hob in the room.

The hotel offers an incredible pool—spacious, well-designed, and even equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi. The fitness center is equally impressive, featuring modern equipment in a clean and inviting space. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and highly convenient for a comfortable stay.

However, the kitchen could use more essentials like cutlery and plates, especially for those who wish to cook during their visit.

Strategic location for different trips and tours around Phuket, also close to the Phuket Old Town. Amazing infinity pool, from which you can watch sunset and a lot of green palms and hills on the horizon.

The property isn’t that new as it looks on the pictures, the equipment of the room was probably bit older. The bathroom is also older, but at least everything was perfectly cleaned by staff every day.

The bed was quite hard.

Staff was polite but they don’t speak English so you have to find out everything on your own. Luckily I met a guy that speak English and lived there permanently. His name was Mikle and he was very helpful. Explained me everything.. even the simple things that the staff should inform me like ..how I could use the key for the elevator or for my entrance to the park next to the hotel or .. even for the 9th floor that everybody can have free access..Look for him he ll be happy to help !

At the beginning they gave me a room at 3th floor that wasn’t what I had asked for. Except all the first thing that I saw it was the curtains on the windows full of holes ??. I left my luggage’s and returned to the reception desk and ask for another room. The second room was much better. I would prefer to clean the floor daily without asking for that.Swimming pool was big and nice but had only max 10 dirty sun beds for the all customers ?

We weren't expecting the mini apartment we got.We love walking a bit so the location was great 30 mins to centre of old town and 30 mins to the big mall.GREAT restaurant literally outside that serves farm fresh food at amazing prices.Amazing infinity pool (top photo opportunity) good size fridge.onsite shop

Sofa in living room is not really a SofaWifi is very hit and missgood kitchen bit no utensils or plates etc?

The rooms are big! But there is only one couch in the room, there is no work station or a table with a chair.

The couch was very dirty, there was a cockroach visiting my room aswell. During the day you could not sit by the pool relaxed because of the sound of the renovation.

the male staff tried to charge us more money upon checking out where the check out timing is reflected to be later than usual on this booking website. After some proof showing, he returned the money but was rather unhappy
