Not very happy with the stay

Bed didn't got made, no cleaning at all. the room was kinda uncomfartable and the bed very hard. Can also be it was because the rainy weather that it wasn't comfortable. There seem to have been maintenance work's but so it was pretty loud early morning. And since it was on the port also the boats were loud.

The hotel was clean and modern. The location was convenient to Chalong Pier and a 7/11, with a couple of good restaurants within 5 min walk. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am, with a decent selection early however things ran out later.

The bathroom arrangement was a bit strange, with shower and sink in one room, and the toilet in another room.

We were in Phuket to dive so the short walk to the pier made it an ideal location for us. Eateries, massage, bars, are no more than a 7 minute walk from the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin and the sound of the water pipes. Our water heater was not working even after they said it was fixed.

The view and exceptional.

The stuff is not much kind, the facility is old and even during rain it was leaking a bit.

The room or mini apartment was huge. It had a magnificent view of the bay.

It was over industrial style, very minimalistic. A smell of mold.

Convenient, clean, the staff took very good care of us.

The room appears to be situated near a cluster of water pipes. As a result, there is a continuous sound of running water throughout the night whenever water is being used.

- poor hygiene - breakfast was really bad - room service was 0 - staff are not helpful at all

We liked that the room was very spacious. There were also a few cool features that we enjoyed such as the beds for the kids with the climbing wall or the bathroom with the huge window overlooking the marina.

There was a lack of attention to detail throughout the place. Breakfast was included but was mediocre.

This hotel is an arcitecture design. The room is comfort clean and big and have paranoma seaview with pier. We stayed in the family room 2 rooms with balcony connected. It is private and convenient.

There was smell on bed sheets- toilet smell make tears in your eyes ! … noise outside and inside room coming from water pipes .

Rooms were quirky in a good way, spacious with a great view and big balcony. Beds were very comfy. In a nice quiet location but close to restaurants etc

The breakfast option was woeful. Don't include the breakfast, there are better options very close to the hotel

Nice area, very quiet. Beautiful views from the room. Clean and tidy

Ground floor suite, no outside privacy, other guests constantly walking past the doors. Blackout blind on the bathroom as it looks out to the commercial area. No privacy or relaxation from the bathroom or porch. A suite should be private and not attached to the commercial area with no privacy. Will be requesting the upstairs room as I couldn't leave the door open at night as people are constantly passing.

If you looking for a beach front reasonable quite place... then this is your spot.. Lots of halal food available all around.
