Great value clean, nice pool and outside space, good restaurant next door, a bit out if town but that's what we wanted.

As we were cycling to Phuket airport we needed to leave at 6 30am. We were assured staff were available to check out at that time and recover our 500 baht deposit (not had to pay that anywhere else). At 6 30am no staff were around we had to phone and wait for someone to arrive and then check the room, causing us half hour delay which caused us some difficulties.

Very peaceful, lovely little bungalows with garden and pool. Couple of local restaurants within easy reach. Helpful staff. Phuket Old Town is a 10 minute taxi ride sway.

Would have been nice to swim in the sea, but the nearly beach is not really suitable for swimming. Didn't detract from the stay though, as there was a great local bar & restaurant on the beach.

The property wasn’t very clean and I was disappointed they tales in the toilet were dirty too much . Also the breakfast wasn’t enough . Also they had only black coffee but for espresso said to pay . In Thailand I have changed four hotels they didn’t say to pay extra for any other coffee.

A bit far from town

Loved the pool area with its own bathroom, loved the facilities and the staff, especially Berlin! Robert and kwhan! They really made our stay perfect and so helpful. The bungalow was perfect and the photos really do it justice, great value for money and walking distance to a couple of bars and restaurants and the pier to do boat tours! or a cheap taxi to Phuket town for more variety.

I think the facilities at the reception area can be a little cleaner, the toilets werent very maintained there , but the private toilets were clean so this is just knit picking everywhere else on the grounds we're great

Lovely grounds with a beautiful garden. Lush plants all over the place. Great pool area, large room with all the amenities.

Massive comfy bed, friendly staff, kitchen facilities and nice little pool.

On the expensive side for Thailand so expected more. No sea view from hotel as quoted, building works going on, TV had not one channel in English, breakfast was an utter joke. When it came, as some days didn’t, the American breakfast wasn’t great and a mish mash of English breakfast, salad and fruit.

Spotlessly clean, everything you needed was there, nice seating area outside.

The beds were rather hard, could do with a mattress topper. Very handy for Rassada Pier but quite a way from downtown Phuket.

We booked 3 bungalows, each house is well equipped, the facilities are not the latest, but ok. Nearby there are 7eleven and other shops, local eateries which are perfectly reasonable. Phuket Amphoe centre is about 30 minutes by taxi (300-400 Bath), airport 1 hour. Major beaches are also about 45 mins drive away. Excursion boats to the surrounding island leave from the marina about 2 minutes away, they can assist with excursions from the accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is suitable for relaxation and as a starting point for excursions.

Mosquitoes, but you can buy an alarm in the shop, which is good.

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the listing clearly stated the price, upon arrival, I was informed that the amount had changed because I was paying by card. This unexpected charge felt unfair and unprofessional, forcing us to contact customer service to sort out the situation, and we are still waiting on a resolution of this. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the staff were accommodating enough to set up two extra beds for my friends, as everything else in Phuket was fully booked that night. However, this minor convenience didn’t make up for the other shortcomings.Cleanliness was questionable at best. The room had a stale smell when we entered, and we had to turn on the AC immediately to make it bearable. To make matters worse, we found a lizard in the closet, which was unsettling and made us question the overall hygiene of the place.Overall, this resort was a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate for accommodation. Hidden charges, cleanliness issues, and an unwelcoming start to our stay overshadowed the experience.

Location was beautiful! Rooms were nice.

Room never got cleaned, shower pressure was bad. Doors had cracks so bugs and lizards would come in.

Rooms cleaned daily. Pool was okay. Staff were friendly.

No restaurant. No bar. Too far from everything. One restaurant next door. Needed taxi or moped to seek further entertainment on what are very busy roads!

The peacefulness of the place is unmatched. The roof terrace overlooking the temple is a view I will never forget. The staff were also lovely & always up for a chat or to give a helping hand.

The room had a really strong chemical smell

The staff was excellent at helping us getting around. They helped us getting groceries and fruit and food at the local market. They also helped arrange taxi and trips. They were very helpful and nice to our children and always offered us bottles of drinking water.

Our bungalow was very close to a loud karaoke bar and the pool water filtration machine which was noisy all night long. But everything else was really nice

Excellent place for this money, spotless clean, very well taken care of and friendly staff, lots of greenery around!

Had a good cottage, which was almost 1200sft and Sea view and restaurant nearby,with friendly staff and they arranged for cruise, which was just the opposite side.
