PRIME TOWN - Posh & Port Hotel PHUKET

For ex-pat with own car this is ideal location. Easy drive to Old Town, Kathu, walking distance to Central Festival. Fantastic 100 meter swimming pool

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.Location is extremely convenient for those who’s in the area for shopping, 5 mins walking distance to the Central shopping mall. Room size is on the smaller side, beds are king size and very comfy.

It’s a decent ‘modern’ hotel with all the basics for a short stay, pretty ran down though.

Sofa seen better days, shower area seemed not scrubbed in months. Door has a bang noise even if u try to close nicely. Staff barely understand English

It was ok

It smelt of smoke and there was tissue in the smoke detectors. The rooms were very industrial looking and not comfortable. The staff made you sit and wait until 2pm on the dot for your room card. They also insist on cash deposits with an ATM in the lobby so they get the commission charge from withdrawals.

I caught a bug right in front of the room door and gave it to the reception. Inside the room I found a used condom, a dead lizard, a cockroach, and even three Wi-Fi slips on the floor, showing the room hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. When they showed me another room, I pointed out the dirt and they admitted it also needed cleaning.

As a tourist traveling with my family, I expected safety and basic cleanliness. Instead, we had a sleepless night and no fair resolution—at minimum they should have refunded the unused nights. This is not about money, but about how customers are treated. Sadly, this was unsafe, unclean, and very disappointing service.

Quiet Location and Central Market nearby which is very convenient level.

Bathroom hasn't wiper

The swimming pool is spacious and nicely located on the second floor. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning works great. I really enjoyed how the hotel is in a nook with lots of agricultural land surrounding it to dampen the city noises too. The cleaning staff work quickly and come to the rooms daily to tidy up the place and refill the water bottles. Also the elevators work great too.

The lobby doesn't have any air circulation other than the open doors, but it's not too terrible.

staff members are the best while there they was extremely excited to help out. I loved the food and the prices. Extremely nice people and views.

Very comfortable beds and nice room. Lovely products in the bathroom. Staff were excellentand very friendly. Very convenient location for Naka market and shopping centre.

The room was very dusty. The hotel advertised sound proof rooms which they certainly are not. The noise was non stop of banging doors, people speaking loudly in corridors and a baby crying from early morning on the one day.

The best part was how the back door of my room opened right up to the pool—super convenient and just a great vibe. For rooms that weren’t poolside, I thought the big bathtubs on the balconies were a pretty cool runner-up. Also, shoutout to the sauna. Loved having that as an option. There are also laundry facilities available and the staff are all super kind and helpful. All in all, solid spot.

The fact that there’s not a restaurant is definitely a downside although not a dealbreaker. The furniture also in the living room was not comfortable nor practical for sitting and hanging out on.

Bad

I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay. We had a hard time sleeping due to the construction work at the pool, which started as early as 9 AM. And if you wanted to relax by the pool during the day, it was impossible because of the noise.The gym was absolutely filthy and clearly not cleaned regularly. On the first day, we noticed blood stains on the floor, but we let it go, thinking they would clean it soon. However, after three days, it was still in the same condition, and we had to ask the staff to clean it because it had become too disgusting.The doors are not soundproof, and we were constantly disturbed by guests who would leave their doors improperly closed, triggering the alarm. This happened multiple times with different guests throughout our stay of more than a week. Many people were also very inconsiderate, slamming their doors loudly at all hours. Unfortunately, there is no supervision on the floors, so guests take advantage of the lack of control.Additionally, the room design is quite inconvenient. The mirror is placed in a dark corner with very little space, making it difficult to use for grooming or applying makeup. There is also no proper furniture in the room to unpack your luggage, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable.Overall, I would not stay here again.

Central location

Work was being carried out to pool area, very dusty and noisy and so we were unable to relax by the pool. Room is in nee of a decent clean

The location is only near shopping center and Naka weekend night market and far for walking to other places such as look for breakfast and diner, bus station.Room is so so, can stay. But too much noise from slapping the door from other rooms and vehicles from main street.Queen size room is small for 2 pp.With same money can book bigger room or cheaper money can book 2 single beds in other hotel.

Not recommended. Never again for us.

The room was dirty.The internet was keep on disconnecting.The check in is exactly at 2pm, even do we hava a 7mo baby with us and we arrived at the hotel 8am in the morning. There was no way to check in early, even with an extra tax.

Comfortable bed , pool and sauna also closed to Naka night market
