Excellent location, huge hotel full of pools, fainting rooftop pools, excellent gym

Breakfast needs improvement, a lot of things are missing and the staff have a hard time coping with the pressure

Rooms were clean with big comfortable bed. We had a room on 5th floor beside main swimming pool, close to the breakfast. So many good selection for breakfast (local + other standard). Swimming pool was a good entertiment place for kids. Gym or swimming in the morning, good idea.

Sometimes was hard to find free sunbeds beside swimming pool. Breakfast would be busy and noisy sometimes. Just the note: a lot of east european tourists.

Resort was beautiful. The rooms are very clean and high quality. Staff were amazing too.

Screaming kids. Sounded like a theme park some days.Food at the restaurant wasn’t great value and the chicken was awful. Dry, old and inedible.

Great for families. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great with a vast variety. The staff was kind, helpful and family friendly. With a restaurant on site, and the accessibility of food delivery via GRAB APP. You wouldn't even have to leave the resort. We of course wanted to get out and explore. The shuttle to other beaches worked well. Beds were comfortable and the massages at the Spa were professional and nice. We would stay here again.

The resort is located up a hill about a 10 min walk to Rawai Beach. This beach was pretty dirty and not great for swimming. The shuttle service to other beaches was nice to utilize. So the location wasn't bad but not the best.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, dining experience at the restaurants was excellent. There were many pools to enjoy including kids pool with water park. A recommended place for family stay.

This is one of better hotels in Rawai and good value for money. Reception area is big and clean and rooms were comfortable with good bedding that was very comfortable. Lots of pool areas and I particularly liked the rooftop pool. Couple of things however took away from the experience. My room was full of drain flies, despite clearing drains with multiple rounds of boiling water, I had to call maintenance. A girl came who had no English but nothing was really fixed. The app is too slow for a response and it’s better to just call. Little things also like pumps on bottles like shampoo etc didn’t work. Food was okay, I ordered toasted sandwich which was stone cold but second order was much better and I enjoyed it. There should be towels at roof top pool and signing in and out for them having to hand it back before 7 was a bit ridiculous when pool is open till 9. It just takes away from the 5 star experience! Really a 3-4 by western standards

Location wise it was good, nice Ambience

Staff is completely racists. They always give priority to US or Russian people. We booked 2 rooms and they just threw us at the end of the property in the last building.All other foreigners were in the 1st or 2nd building near the pool.But we being Indians were being sent to Building 6 and when we requested them to change the building, they simply deny.

The hotel looks clean and well-maintained, with a swimming pool surrounding the property. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. It is a great place for a vacation.

The accommodation is amazing. This hotel is a new hotel. The bed was very cozy. Breakfast buffet was too good for 5 - star hotel.

The breakfast was great, the kids' pool was a hit with the little ones, and the rooms were brand new and impeccably clean. A truly 5-star experience that we can't wait to repeat.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel is marketed as a five-star property, but in reality, the service level is closer to three stars. If you expect a five-star experience for the price, you will likely be disappointed. However, if you adjust expectations to a three-star level, it is a large, clean hotel with decent facilities.One of the best aspects of the hotel is its territory. The entire area is designed with an extensive pool system, allowing guests to step directly into the water from almost any building. The pools are generally clean, and the view from the rooms is quite pleasant.Additionally, when the rooms were cleaned, they were spotless and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of the housekeeping service.

What We Didn’t Like:Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives, particularly considering the price and advertised five-star rating, which did not match the actual experience.•Food & Dining Experience•The food was extremely repetitive, with only three local dishes changing daily.•Many essential breakfast items typically found in five-star hotels were missing: there were very few bread options, no variety of cold cuts, very limited cheeses, and a poor selection of fruits and vegetables. Only three fruit varieties were available, often not replenished if you arrived later. The same issue occurred with vegetables.•Hot food options were disappointing—sausages were always the same and tasteless, porridge was almost nonexistent, and omelets were pre-made in bulk, left to sit until they were cold and unappetizing.•No fresh juices were available.•Breakfast service was frustrating—waiting 10-20 minutes for food to be replenished was a common occurrence.•Pools & Facilities•While the pool system was impressive, cleaning was done in the middle of the day, right next to guests swimming, which was very inconvenient.•Room & Service Issues•Housekeeping was inconsistent—even when pressing the cleaning request button, service was not provided until we called reception to ask.•The Wi-Fi in our room was terrible, making it difficult to stay connected.•The gym also had no working internet, making it impossible to stream workout videos or access online training programs.•We traveled with friends and booked together, yet our rooms were placed on opposite sides of the hotel, despite staff being aware we were two families with children.•Location & Accessibility•The hotel’s location was highly inconvenient. The nearest beach was a five-minute walk away, but it was not swimmable due to being full of parked boats.

Everything was good in the hotel, the room was clean, it was cleaned every day if we wanted, the breakfast was very rich, a lot of different fruits. The hotel's pool area was clean and tidy, the water was warm at first, later it was cooler for some reason. The room was decent.

The only thing missing were chairs on the balcony where you could sunbathe. The location of the hotel is not the best as the nearby Rawai Beach was not suitable for swimming, there is a boat dock and the beach is littered.

Spacious rooms

Completely unorganised hotel, the smell in the area is terrible from all the sewers around the hotel.Breakfast buffet is extremely limited options, request for call back never happened.Using the phone room to call reception was broken, the list just goes on and on

Room was nice and clean and they brought a separate bed for my kid which was nice!

Not enough sunbeds by the pool which are all occupied by russians long before breakfast. Sign in caps lock by the pool where they hand out towels that they are "OUT OF TOWEL" And they receive new towels at 3pm (it was 10am) Breakfast is very mid and needs more staff organizing the breakfast. You can get eggs in a few different shapes, chicken sausage and other chicken related stuff. No pork at breakfast but it's okay to sell pork in the lunch/dinner menu - weird. Would have really loved to have bacon at breakfast.
