The furniture was a little worn out, we were expecting a better room according to the pictures, bad water pressure, breakfast was poor

Poor condition of building and room - many things broken or damaged. Water pressure very low. Bed cover not large enough for the bed. Large bed made by pushing 2 small beds together, but they did not fit well at the center.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor here. The house is very old and poorly maintained. There is very little water in the bathroom. The furniture is old. I will not stay again. I only stayed for 1 night, but the Russian at the reception is a nice man.

Rooms were lovely. Pool table out front was good.

It’s a very boring part of town, only stayed here for proximity to circo loco. The pool had a strange oiliness to it.

Where to start, this is most definitely not a 4 star hotel I’d probably give it a 2 star, the rooms are nice but the hotel as a whole is so run down and dirty and not clean what so ever. Our towels and bedding were not changed once for the whole duration of our 9 nights there even when we requested. We had an infestation of bugs and asked for new bedding as we was finding bug wings in the bed and still was not changed. We had breakfast included and I never ate there once, maybe just for a coffee or juice but it did not look like a nice breakfast. There was a smell through out the hotel. We was on floor 4 and the lift was broken and only went up to floor 3. We had to go up some narrow fire exit staircase to get to our room, there were dead bugs on the floor…. The list can go on. I should have got more pictures but took a few on my exit.

Everything except of the bathroom. Staff are great.

Bathroom, there is no any separation neither on the floor nor the walls. No water pressure in the shower, at all. And too tiny sink, the smallest i ever seen which is very uncomfortable

We arrived at the hotel at 12am and checked out by 12.15 firstly the lift was broken after the 3rd floor our room was on the 4th floor and you needed to use the fire exit stairs when we got to the room the beds were dirty dead flies on pillow in the bathroom the smell of the place old dirty curtains windows and sink were filthy we needed to check out and couldn’t stay there

The hotel itself was very run down and didn't look anything like on the website. Breakfast was very basic. Rooms very basic and in need of refresh.

I am not impressed with anything in this accommodation. The pool is not bad, but there are few deckchairs and during the day the heat is stifling.

Everything very old, very basic furniture, bed uncomfortable, sheets and towels with stains, safe didn't work, no toilet paper, balcony chairs filthy, room dirty, table sticky and old.Absolutely unsatisfactory internet connection. Wi-Fi signal & bandwidth poor.Breakfast laid out in a cheesy way, with mountains of fried eggs stacked on top of each other, in a way that completely spoils the appetite. In general, the facility leaves you with a dirty, old feeling.A lot of noise late at night and early in the morning, with people leaving for the airport and thin walls.This hotel deserves 2 stars. How they got 4 stars is a mistery to me.

The room is not clean and older, not good maintenance

Location is suitable. Quiet and near 7-11 store. Convenient. Staffs are very friendly! We have big blanket but it wasn't enough for our lrage bed, so I asked from the staffs. They actively gave us without charge!

I stayed on high floor. The water run soooooo weak that ... huh... the washing hose can't work for ... for poopoo. The design of basin in bathroom is weird! It's too cramped and has thin, small, glass panel. It seems like when I wash my mouthm I'm spilling onto the petri dish.

Awesome staff, great gym, cozy rooms and good atmosphere overall . The beach and wild forest nearby was great too

Nothing to he liked about at this Ghost hotel.We arrrived at the property late at night at around 1 am as our flight arrived late. We called the hotel before taking off from Bangkok but the calls listed on the app were not answered.The main gate of the hotel was open when we arrived. There was no one at reception. We called on the numbers displayed at reception. Even went upstairs but could not see anyone. We knocked all doors on the ground floor. No one came out.Four of us and our driver were forced to leave the property at around 1.30 am because no one responded. Since it was a secluded area, we were scared.Finally we left the property after booking a hotel 30 kilometres away.I am really upset and angry.Booking.com takes no responsibility at such erring hotels.Please remove this from your listing
