Yes, there was a lot of things need to work on. Poor management. The hotel look old. It is not 5 star hotel. It is 2 or 3 star hotel.

Terrible location, dirty rooms, the amenities aren?t great.

Location - need to rent a car to get around.Staff not responsive. We contacted the hotel for lost and found item. We were told they found it and hotel will mail it back with some fee. But we never receive the item and staff became non-responsive.

It was a quiet place away from the actual town but nothing much was around the hotel. Three monkies park was there.

It was away from everything you have to take a taxi to go anywhere in Phuket spend more time and money youDon't save much staying at this property

The property was amazing

It would be better that when we make the 1000 baht deposit when we check in, the staff should reiterate to keep the receive, so that when we check out we have ahold of it, and we can get the money back. Fortunately I didn’t throw it away

Great staff and service! Comfortable, clean stay!

The hotel is clean, modern, and well kept. The bed is exceptional. The staff were very helpful, clear in explanation, and polite. The view is also quite good, we got a room that has a green hill view.

The breakfast tasted okay, but limited menu (order based instead of buffet), but I guess it was reasonable since there weren't many other guests that day.

Every thing was at top level.

The staff is amazing also helpful. Whenever you come by they say hello. Whenever you need them they never late. The housekeeper are clean and coming on time.

The location is not good for me it’s very noisy because of the motorbikes. Plus the property far from everything. And there is no smoking floor for smokers or at least balcony in each room. The windows are too small to get fresh air!

Very close to three moneys restaurant ( 5 minutes ?) and other places are 15-25 minutes only ?

If you’re a light sleeper like me, I’d strongly recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the street.

The hotel was spacious and clean. It was not overly decorated. Simple and elegant. breakfast was OK. The "Indian" selection was nothing Indian though. The rooftop pool was very nice.

The location is close to nothing. It is pretty far from Pattong, Bangla road or from the famous beaches. Pretty far from the airport too. You get a good rate of the room tariff. but be ready to pay on the taxis. They have shuttle services to phuket old town though.

The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom. Not too far from Phuket Old Town.

The bed is a little too soft.

The staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. The location is good or not depends on your choice. This hotel is far from beaches which I chose on purpose.

We went for breakfast at 9.30 a.m. Some menus were up and they did not refill. It was like they prepared too less and not enough for all guests.

The staff were nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and fast.
