    Pros +

    • This hotel is so clean. We appreciated the soft beds (especially in comparison to elsewhere we stayed in Thailand) and all the staff was wonderful! We would stay here again!
    • The room was clean, big, and within walking distance of the old town. The staff were also super accomodating and provided us a late checkout. Very happy with our stay :)
    • I travel around SE Asia for work and trying to figure out why I feel so empty inside. I stay at budget friendly hostels and hotels. I was scared this was another bait and switch advert but this hotel was amazing. Bed was soft and comfy, had a topper pad on a soft mattress in a proper frame. The sheets felt new and quality. CLEAN. The room was spacious and furnished with actual use in mind. Had side table for drinks, a mini frig, shelves by the bed with a plug. A nice balcony for drying clothes or taking a breath. The shower had hot water and good pressure. And it looks designed, not just a plain white room. Mixed materials, wood, metal, plaster.Safe was amazing as well. I locked myself out of the building and they came to open the door at 1 am. And then they drove me to the police station when my bike was locked cause I parked illegally. There's a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. It's very professional looking, not a mom and pop set up.

    Cons -

    • It wasn't really an issue for us as we only stayed one night but the only window in our room was a door leading to an internal balcony. This meant if we wanted natural sunlight, anyone walking through the corridor/foyer or using the elevator could see into the room.
    • The key system. You get 3 things you must carry. The metal key on a keyring, the electric slot card and then a door keycard for entering the lobby after hours. Haven't just the one keycard would be nice.More power outlets in the room would be nice, or a power strip.
    • Far from the airport but it was in the downtown so Pukhet old town was walking distance. And all other attractions as well. In that case it was ok.

Our room was upgraded with balcony and mountain view. Loved it.

Great location in Phuket Town for an event we were attending. We were upgraded to a king suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Housekeeping was very kind, fast, and always asking if we needed something if we didn’t need service that day. Ramen bistro and cafe on-site is very nice if you don’t want to venture out too far. Phuket Old Town is easily walkable and only 10-15 away from the central area. Property was very quiet and there was a common area with a larger refrigerator, microwave, and additional seating (at least on second floor). Overall, loved the property and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended (we stayed one week).

We loved our stay here! The bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect. Love to be in the old town. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! They accommodated my needs very efficiently. Helped me book a last minute tour when my one on TripAdvisor got canceled. And helped me book a taxi to Krabi airport, unfortunately the original taxi car broke down, but the lead staff took care of us and drive us himself even though Krabi is 3 hours away! Very surprised by the A+ customer service!

Rooms seemed a little old but very great price so can't complain.

Good location near the main attractions Great Japanese restaurant downstairs

The room was a bit too small and the bathroom was not comfortable There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor

We really love it here. Its a small hotel, but really comfortable. Not so big.. but its not an issue for me, husband and our daughter. The receptionist is really nice. U can just walk 3-4 mins to go to self service laundry and 7e. If we visit phuket again, definitely will come here again

Modern “loft style” hotel. Convenient location, short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants.

Pillows were a bit hard. There is no breakfast, but there is a coffee shop in the reception area. That said there are plenty of food options within a short walk of the hotel.

I would not stress this enough, SUPER kind staff.Room clean, facilities for the money super nice, city center 5 min by foot, if u backpacking trust me, it’s super nice. Near the hotel there are also super nice little restaurants and a 7/11 on the way to the center

A bit far from the ocean but tbh with just grab and 100bath you don’t even bother

    8ekaterinaPosted on: 11-14-2024

We got a beautiful room on the top floor with the terrace, and the view on the mountain and a temple was amazing. The hotel is located in a short walking distance to the old town and many nice restaurants, including a few great coffee spots.

The room wasn't very clean and lacked some storage room. But it was not a problem for a short stay.

    7ChrisPosted on: 11-12-2024

The location was good, away from the main street life so not loud, but within walking distance to the main town and markets. The hotel staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful at all times. The value for money was also great for the area.

The room felt a little unclean, it wasn't pristine and was very dark as we had no private window. The balcony was to the lift which meant we could have it open as people could look in.

    9ImogenPosted on: 11-4-2024

Location is really good less than 10 minute walk to old town, 7/11 2 mins down the road. Room is equipped with everything huge fridge, tv and safe.

Nothing. Everything was great the only thing I found is that you are far from the beaches but old town is Great on a weekend for the market.

    7EmmaPosted on: 11-3-2024

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff members, they made us feel very welcome. Excellent value for money!

The room didn’t have any natural light whatsoever but still comfortable for a few nights I would say.

    10GiladPosted on: 10-24-2024

The room was well organized and comfortable

You need both a bulky key for the room and a card key for the front door which is a bit of a hassle, maybe changing the luck of the private room to use the card key would be better.

    4FerdaousPosted on: 10-16-2024

    staff is great

no view, was told I got an upgrade but it's more of a downgrade

    7TomášPosted on: 9-14-2024

    Almost everything went smooth

They tried to charge us extra 3percent for credit card payment above the booking fee. During our stay in Thailand, we got bit by a bedbugs and based on all the circumstances i would say its 20% chance it was here.
