Our room was spacious with great natural lighting. Great location and very comfortable beds. Parking available nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

Peranakan Boutique Hotel is a clean and quiet little gem. The hotel is well-located in Phuket Old Town, and is less than a 5-minute walk from the main Old Town shopping strip. The price of a taxi from the airport is around THB650. The front of the hotel and the lobby is rather plain and unassuming. But the room are notably spacious, with a modern interior and a full range of essential amenities. My room was equipped with a smart TV which you can connect to your personal device, if you want something other than their wide selection of local channels. You get a good signal with their complementary wifi. There are also many power outlets around the room to plug and charge your electronics. A thoughtful touch was the provision of bottled water, left at my door, even on days when housekeeping services was not requested.My standard double room came with a large king bed and costs about THB1200 a night. They did not require a deposit for my stay. Check-in was a breeze. And I simply needed to drop my key card off during check-out.

Do take note the the hotel does not have a lift. Additionally, the room I stayed in did not have windows in the room itself, but a small ventilation window in a bathroom. This is likely because the room was on a lower floor.

Good location that near by Phuket old town , you can walk to Sunday market. The room was so clean and newly renovated.

Parking for motorbike but not for car.

No lift available and have to ask the staff to help with heavy suitcases to the 4th floor. The staff are not always at the reception desk.

Perfect for the value a walk away from oldtown and a ride away to any hotspot in phuket

Lack of ventilation, AC is aimed right at the bed, maybe a visor on the AC’s would be nice

Very clean, and comfortable, well situated, on the edge of Phuket old town.

Room has no window, but we were only staying 1 night, so it was fine.

The hotel is in a great location close to the city center, a cute breakfast place, massage and money exchange. 7/11 is also a few minutes walking. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in 1h earlier. The room had basic equipment. They cleaned every day.

No elevator, the AC is right above the bed and causes discomfort at night, the bathroom gets all wet because there is no curtain, the street light was too bright in our window, hand towels and iron missing.

The bed is comfortable and the location is good (very close to Phuket Old Town and 10 minutes by car to the pier)

No elevator (we had to carry the luggages ourselves up to the third floor).Also pay attention to the fact that standard rooms have NO windows!

Great value for money room on the edge of Phuket Old Town. Super convenient to get into the main areas yet quiet and peaceful. Loved the room, comfortable and had everything I needed, and the staff was really friendly to allow me to leave my bag before check-in.

I liked how the welcome message from the staff had complete options on how to get to the property, and they were also very responsive to questions I had before arriving :) My private room was very spacious, clean, and complete! The free coffee and tea were already placed at the lobby for all guests, so I just had to make sure I took some tea bags if I wanted to drink them upstairs in my room. The location was perfectly within walking distance to the happening streets, but far enough that you start and end your day in a more quiet way. No breakfast with my room, but the staff (Puhn, if I spelled it correctly :P) had good recommendations for local restaurants, which were nice to try out! I stayed for 1 night each before and after my trip to Koh Lanta, and it was a great home base between traveling!

The property had 5 floors, but no lifts, so I just left my suitcase at the ground floor and brought my day bag with the essentials for each of my stay. At least it was just 1 night each. That was my only concern, but they would have been happy to help with bringing the luggage upstairs, I think. The older staff also spoke little English, so aside from the standard spiel, aided with their printed reminders, it was a bit tricky getting more tips and tricks for the area.

There was no breakfast and they didn’t clean my room a night before I checked out. I wasn’t pleased. There was no toilet paper, no water, no clean towels.

The attitude of the manager at check out. He brought our towels and sheets to the reception asking me what were the stains on them. I had to explain myself. That was not cool at all. I feel he was hostile towards us.

Lovely clean room, incredibly comfortable bed and my laundry was done in about 4 hours incredibly cheaply even for Thailand. The location is perfect - exactly where you want to be.

The lady on reception was unwelcoming - almost rude. She seemed impatient and there was no smile, no 'hello' just held out her hand and demanded 'passport'.The hotel certainly has no kerb appeal and there are no facilities - I couldn't find the gym. However, my room was amazing.

The room is very clean. The room service is very good. I did not expect there is room service, so the room was left messy with all my stuffs around the room before I went out in the morning. When I came back in the evening, everything is clean and tidy. They even helped me put my personal items into order.The bed is comfortable, much better than I expected.The staff at the reception is very nice.The location is not far from the central area of the town, but much quieter than the hotels in the town center.

There is not really anything I do not like.
