Sometimes it was cold or not enough for the guests..My room was comfortable but needs a bit of updating, curtains in the bathroom old and mossy.Bench tops pealing off, balcony needs a good cleaning due to birds dropping.Regardless, I will be back soon.

The hotel layout is nice, a lot of potential but it lacks with neatness, style, and cleanliness
I didn’t like so many things . I was very catfished by this place For starters it’s on a huge hill and most of the taxi/bolt/grab drivers can’t find it correctly on the map. The parking was also tiny. Walking down and up that hill in the heat or rain is unbearable. If it’s that difficult to get around the hotel should provide transportation services such as Tuk tuk to take you around and back to the hotel. The white towels provided in my room had stains on them and then one towel that was given to me that was newer and cleaner left a bunch of white resedue on my hair. I found a bug on my bed when coming homeI ran out of toilet paper The lights and ac would stop working randomlyAnd the house cleaner came in to my room to clean when I told them not to enter.

i like that it has a pool access room.the receptionist is very welcoming and accomodating.lobby and rooms are decent too.and i love the cats hanging out in the entrance❤️
they dont provide tooth brushes and a kettle.i had to talk to the receptionist for the kettle but the brushes they dont provide it.the pool can only be access until 9pm.the pool is 6 ft.deep

Bath shower not set right. Faucet broken. AC stopa throwing cold air after sometime. Not enough light in bathroom. No bedside lights.

1. the location is bad. 30mins walk to Patong beach. they don’t have shuttle bus to Patong beach any more like they described 2. the bed is piled by several mattresses, it’s not a real bed. it’s not comfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed which means sleeping in two single mattress. the bedsheet is broken. the bed is not comfortable to sleep. 3. the cleaning is not good overall. stinks are in bathtub/desk everywhere. no hair dryer provided.4. the breakfast is poor, lack of choice. total waste of money.5. they said they provide laundry service which is so wrong. you have to pay it to the nearby shop.
Hotel is good and value for money. All of staffs are so nice and good hospotlaity. Pool is big and clean.Room are so big and clean with good price. I booked 1 night and like here then we stay more 10 nights. Breakfast is delicious and variety choice with this rate. It is quiet place. There are car parking. Recommend this hotel who want to relax place with good price.

Superb scenery, and close to all amenities, about a mile from bangla Road.patong beach is the same distance beautiful.
