Clean friendly Team felt safe as a lone traveller. Two nights there was excess noise but overall very good.

Other guests making noise into the early morning but this is not a reflection on the property.

The room was clean and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom was not that big but there is space enough to put your things. The room was cleaned daily and we were offered a bottle of water every day. The first day we arrived to the hotel quite late and the staff was quite flexible with the check in.

I don't recommend the laundry service: the clothes were not 100% dry and some t-shirts were damaged probably due to a wrong temperature during the washing.

- the position was good to get to the beach and city centre on foot- room’s balcony- possibility to leave the luggage after the check out- they cleaned the room and changed towels every day- safe and chill environment

- the lady at the reception had some difficulties with the communication in English- only cash payments

Close to the beach

Elevator leaked oil from the ceiling. Stains on the towels and sheets.

Great location and just a short walk to main centre and beach but makes it a quieter place to stay.Lovely very clean room Great view from balcony lovely to be able to sit and look up at Big Buddha at the top of the hill.

They do try to say you've taken towels from the room when you haven't and charge you.Happened to me and a lady was just in a dispute about this when I arrived

Comfortable beddings and a great relaxing balcony. The cleaning staff were extremely kind and helpful.

1) The television in our room (304) had a very poor signal and picture quality. Also the TV remote was not working.2) It was sometimes noisy, as the property is located directly on the street. (Could be managed with windows shut)3) The water collected in the shower was not draining properly. 4) most surprisingly the breakfast at their cafe was very stale and also caused food poisoning. Please be careful, especially with their meat-containing breakfast menu.

Budget hotel so don’t go in with super high expectations

Walking distance to the beach and close to the action while just far enough away for some peace when needed. All the staff are great, from the reception to house keeping. All genuine and will go out of their way to assist. Bedrooms are a good size and the bed is comfy with nice balcony. Great value.

Only cash accepted. If cards could be taken with a % surcharge if needed it would be even better in case guests aren't carrying cash. Rooms facing the road can be a little noisier at times so ask for a room facing the Big Buddha. Majestic views in the morning.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff, great value for money. Cleaners Proactively come to the room to clean and provide fresh towels and water if full clean not needed. Helpful and smiley front staff.

We reserved a standard double room but were veryy disappointed upon arrival. The bedsheets were stained and torn, and the bathroom grout and showercurtain were discolored from body oil residue. Despite assurances from staff about a room change, the alternative had even dirtier sheets, so we opted to stay put. Additionally, the bed was small (around 150 cm width) and one side was broken. The room's location by a busy road lead to noise disturbances (was not a problem for us), and the advertised view did not match reality. You will get better mountain view and no noisy road if you book deluxe room. After 10 pm, the reception closes, leaving our room key unattended. anyone could potentially access the hotel and rooms with the unattended keys. Hygiene was a major concern, as evidenced by attached photos. Avoid booking this hotel if cleanliness is a priority for you!

The location is not bad, just a few minutes' walk to the beach.

Our room had an issue, which forced us to move to another accommodation. The air conditioner didn‘t worm the next day, and we proposed to change a room or get a refund.Though the air conditioner was fixed, it was not resolved as we expected cause we don’t need it anymore:-(

Smaller, cozy and relatively well-equipped rooms. The staff was pleasant. Rooftop hot tub is a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is also not bad and you are relatively close to everywhere, be it to Kata beach or a little further to Kata Noi (probably the nicest freely accessible family beach in Phuket). Shops, restaurants and scooter rentals are nearby. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms fine ... In terms of the price-performance ratio, very good.

The view from the balcony itself, or the cleanliness of the immediate surroundings, such a local average, nothing special.
