Good place, near the beach, room big

Staff not so nice

The beach, high level of customer service, quality of drinks and food, swimming pool, room with a terrace, variety of pillows and chillout spots in- and outside of the room, good variety of tv channells (Fox Premium Movies Channel HD), very big shower!

Many noisy russian tourists. High prices. We got interconnecting room as using only one and the connecting door promised to be locked. We woke up twice as the guests using the other room were playing with the link of the door - felt like breaking in!!

Amazing breakfast with fresh variety, the staff was so helpful. Pools were great and beach access with a massage cabana. Plenty of space to explore. Close to airport but quite and local town has plenty of restaurants and massage parlor.

Needs an adults only pool.

It would be nice if they had some entertainment or pool games at the pool. Also if the pool restaurant served Thai food

Nature was amazing. The room with beach access was very good for the kids. Staff was so friendly and kind to us.

High restaurant prices which does not worth it. Soup has been served cold. I didn’t ask for change because I was starving as we waited 45minutes for the foods. Also my kids said the green waterslide hurts because the pieces are not properly connected (like one is higher so it hurts when you slide).

The pool and the location and facilities

Food was very very average. Way worse than even a 4 star at Patong area.

Beach front location, great pools. Quiet. Located close to the airport.

Not close to markets or other restaurants. Two food options at the resort. Meals are expensive for the area.

Since we enter to the reception we welcomed with smiling faces and friendly warm welcoming by the team. This continues until end of our stay that we leaved the hotel.Room that we stay was fantastic (especially my kids loved their room with lots of toys and playing activities. Automatic toilet in the room was the extra surprise for entire family :)Breakfast, pool area and Kid's Facility was beyond our expectations. Due to rainy season and tides we were not able to spend some time in the beach but especially sunset is fantastic for taking the great pictures.Due to heavy rain, we had some electricity problem for one night (which was not connected with the Hotel and related with Public Power Company) but the next morning visiting friend from reception for apologizing for this situation one by one and explaining the situation was the fantastic and high-quality response from the team for showing the respect to the guests.Therefore, we personally thanks to her one more time for her support and hospitality.We (especially the kids) are willing to stay next time.

There is no single word to say that we don't like.

The hotel is good and clean, but average for Thailand j would say. Location is in Mai Khao, but very far away from the same road as JW, Anantara, and Turtle village. Location is 50 mins away from city.

No activities at night, super dead. Food is bland, and at night only one foood outlet is available.

As a family with young children (3 and 5 YO), this property was absolutely ideal. The choice of pools (all next to each other) with little slides and a splash pad were just fantastic. And, all looked onto the stunning beach which meant we could go between the two very quickly and without lugging all our stuff around! The kids club is brilliant, as are the staff that work there. There is also a little local massage shed between the pool and the beach that both myself and my children enjoyed for a relaxing massage; the ladies who run it are lovely. We stayed for 4 nights, and only left the resort once to go to an elephant sanctuary which is exactly what we wanted; to switch off and just enjoy days at the pool/beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, all the food we had was delicious and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is happy to escape the hustle and bustle of Phuket.

There was honestly nothing that we did not like. Some reviews have mentioned visitors being disappointed that they are out of the way, but we felt that these reviews informed us very well and so we were totally prepared for the fact that we were going to be a bit more isolated. And, to be honest, this was absolutely not an issue for us.

1) We booked family bunk beds for our children but we didn’t get it. Was very disappointing that we received normal 2 bedroom with twin beds not as same as our booking not same as photo. I was looking forward for the kids room and paid for it but didn’t get it when I called the reception they said sorry there all fully booked and during check in they were not honest about the room made me sign and go up then get shocked. 2) in room dining needs improvement. We ordered dinner but was not as expected. 4) elevators smell like high humidity.Room cleaning needs to be improved need more good smells3) please add more child friendly gluten free food in the in room dining please share more awareness about celiac disease.

Reception gave me early check-in of 11am for which I was really grateful. Khun Wai very efficiently handled a charge error I made with my dinner bill by organising a refund to my VISA card.

It was one of the best decisions I've made when I decided to stay here, clean, comfortable, relaxing, pools, spa, beach, service, breakfast, staff everything was perfect. Whoever, the location is not near to the common attraction and touristy areas and almost not applicable to visiting them while staying here.

Only the Food, mainly I have tow main issues with the food. First the taste and quality!! You need to work hard on it. The burger, pizza, pasta, were below average and I didn't liked them. Second, the half board experience. I went to the restaurant for the dinner and the waiter gave me the menu. Then he checked on the system that i am having the hall board option. So he came and asked us to replace the menu to other ones !! Again . You may need to pay additional prices if you selected few meals on the menu !! . Personally, i never experienced such a " half board " practice.

Family room and pool were amazing. Kids club facilities and staff were loved by my kids. Easter party was impressive. Food was good.

Too many flies and mosquitoes everywhere, especially in restaurants which were disturbing, and geckos on walls of the hotel. Hate them. Hotel should do more work on insects repellent. Beach was a bit disappointing, sea not fit for children to swim because of the waves.

The room with access to the shared pool was great, as well as the beach. Staff very nice.

Lack of entertainment, music around the main pool

We were greeted by Matt and given a nice spacious room upgrade. The room was super clean and well maintained and appointed. We chose the hotel for its kids club and water park for our son, having been on small islands for three weeks, these are well set up and run. We had a minor glitch with food and the issue was very well handled by Nick, the F&B manager. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of different cuisines.

We chose the hotel is North of the airport so not your classical Phuket location. The beach is long with quite a strong rip, so not for kids swimming - no issue if it's an outbound stopover for a couple of days.That said the hotel itself is great and as part of the Marriott group follows the ethos of "The Marriott Way".

The hotel is new, modern and clean, located in quiet area. The resort is very nice, beautifully maintained, lots of greenery and flowers. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is amazing, wide variety of food to choose - continental, local Thai food, tasty fruit, sweet pastry. A la carte food is also amazing and beautifully presented, however expect 5 star prices. The beach is simply beautiful - sandy, long, calm, not so many people, only hotel guests, ocean is great to swim in. Low or high tide doesn't affect the ability to swim there, as it is a case in some other beaches. Supermarket and local restaurants are about 5 minutes away by taxi/Bolt (around 200 THB) or tuc tuc (around 150 THB).
