Great location and nice beach

Rooms weren’t the cleanest for the price.

Lovely and clean with lots of space, great views and great location. Breakfast selection was superb and being able to sit and eat outside each morning was so refreshing. Short walk through the grounds straight on to the beach was fantastic. Long beach walk was perfect.

Clean and great location accessible to both beach and pool. No noise pollution.

Pool and facilities were kept clean and immaculate for guests. Room was spacious.

You had to get towels from the central depot near the smaller pool. The guests upstairs from my room were noisy...kept hearing running/walking sounds above me.***I ended up getting food poisoning from the breakfast buffet on my 2nd day. Vomited 4 times.

The main pool water wasn't very clean, the second restaurant and pool bar was under renovations so the meals were limited to only one location.

Power went out for 2 days with no backup generators in the hotel. Struggled with sleep and kids as it was too hot without air conditioning!!Cleaning was not so good and towel replacement was not fresh and clean !

The property is quiet and beach front.

The beach has trash. The venders next to the beach look run down. It ruin the beauty of the resort . More entertainment would be a plus.

No backup power generators. Power outage for 2 days where we suffered from heat and had to stay out the hotel in malls for AC until they fix the power !!!! Really disappointed unpleasant experience !!

Loved everything about the property. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was AMAZING, the pools were fun, and it is right on the beach. I am definitely going to book here again !!

The prices at the pool bar was kinda expensive

Great location, room well appointed, hotel amenities met requirements and well maintained.

The staff is super nice, helpful and professional. The hotel itself and its territory look very stylish and well maintained. I loved the pines and the abundance of greenery in general. The beach in front of it is very clean—even the sand seems to be cleaned of rocks because it's perfectly smooth.

I Loved everything about this resort, the location is far from all the other activities but I did not mind that alot, the bed is confortable and also the restorant is good the staf were so frendly even the security guy was sweetI hope they will continue the same way cuz I would love to comeback again if the quality is still there and the cleaness as well

hmm the buses that take you to some location wont offer to bring you back. dont remember anything negative.

The room we had was amazing basically walked out and into the pool and it was only a short walk to the beach.Although it was a large resort it was spread out and had a few large pools so there was never a lot of people in the pool.The restaurant was also very good and we had breakfast included in our rate.

The pool closed at 7pm, would have liked it to have stayed open later.Television stations were terrible and reception was bad.

Different pool areas. I stayed in a renovated room for one night.,it was lovely. Great air conditioning. When receiving the bond money ( I heard the hotel liked it to be paid in local currency) on the room it was great that the used it to take money from total bill so you weren’t left with excess Bhat.

I also stayed in an older room at a cheaper rate for 4 nights. The bathrooms were a bit tired. The draining of the basin was very slow. A shower jn bath was fixed so water did spill onto the floor.
