Phuket Sea Resort

This my second time staying here. Just like my first stay the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Even with the pools the nights were quiet and calm. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket

We enjoyed the pools. The location was great, very close to Rawai beach.

It felt a bit cold during check-in. There is an online pre-arrival form to fill out, which was supposed to save time, but it was useless because we had to do the entire check-in process from the beginning anyway.

Outstanding swimming pool! Good location. Convenient.

The rooms are Thai. Could use some updating although they make for an excellent value.

Very near Rawai beach and many seafood restaurants. Located in a good place can access many iconic locations in the Rawai beach area. The swimming pool was very clean and very spacious, and well-maintained. Parking available without any issues.

They could have included a microwave oven so we could have brought some food from the nearby 7/11 and made it by ourselves.

Refuse to be put in " Villa " B19! Spent first 3 nights sleepless because of an old noisy air con., hard mattress and glass-brick window with no curtains!TV had a poor picture also. Asked to be moved, a.c.was new and quiet and mattress was comfy.Expected the "Villa" to be better so was disappointed but glad I did not pay full price!.The " Villa" being basically a 2/3 star stand alone bedroom and bathroom.Toiletries were basic being bars of soap.Shampoo/shower gel dispenser was unmarked in first bathroom and half empty in 2nd.No conditioner.Outside many exposed water pipes, broken concrete etc., trip hazards.

max one key for a two person room - they say leave the key in the lobby but its not open 24 hours a day so that makes no sense, very uncomfortable bed, low pressure shower, no baggage trolley, uneven floor, very rude/lazy night time security, unfriendly owner/manager but ok staff

Swimming pool and the location are very nice, also the staff was helpful and everything went smooth. I have notihing against to this place with retro vibes.

Its important to say that its not fancy hotel, but seem to be more like cheap motel close to swimming pool, its presented on booking like cool and good condition, its not. The papartent is very old from 90' maybe, but everything ok and reasonable for this good price.

Good value for money, it’s was a good location

The showers need a bit of attention not the best water pressure but we made do.

It is close to the airport and perfect if you arrive late in Phuket and want to go to sleep as soon as possible. Good breakfast

Initially no safe in room. After explaining I need one , the staff went out bought and fitted one within 2 hours! Excellent. Our room was basic but clean. Location very good.

All Ok but basic.

Hotel is what you pay for it is clean staff are pleasant just a little tired but if not looking for luxary and somewhere affordable this is your place.

Other guests disregard for staff and other guests but your on vacation and sometimes people can not see beyond thier own needs.

Pool was create, room (suite with 1 bedroom next to pool) was fair.

Arrived late night with company of ten people, they demanded pay in cash for 5 rooms and whole 6 days stay despite the fact that description of available payment methods includes credit card and etc. After long negotiations, which included a call to the manager, we were allowed to pay initially for one night, but this spoiled previous good mood for each of us. Rawai beach is 100 meters from hotel, but be aware that it is not suitable for swimming, this is basically harbour for hundreds of tail boats and speed boats. For reaching beach you must take taxi to closest Nai Harn beach, which would cost you 10€ to beach and same for return.

No breakfast, no restaurant.

The location. Full stop. That’s it.

The booking pictures used by the resort and allowed by Booking.com were misleading. What we thought we booked we didn’t get. We booked 3 rooms in one booking and were separated allOver the resort. The buildings were dilapidated, the bathrooms were incredibly old, shower Rose wouldn’t move and the bathrooms had mould. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work - gold only knows how long it’s been since the filters were cleaned. There were NO opening windows or even a ceiling fan, and with the mozzies the door had to be kept shut. Lastly - and most importantly- THE BEDS WERE ATROCIOUS. All the springs had collapsedSo there was no support. The linen provided including towels sheets and bath mats etc were threadbare stained and old. There wasn’t a single table to sit at, and only 1 chair per roomAll 3 couples took I’ll while staying and not being able to leave our rooms made this even worse. The resort was heavily populated by a nationality that had no respect for other guests, and totally taking over the pools.

To many mosquitoes. We had a problem with one drunk guest who entered our room at 3am, with the blood on his feet. Unpleasant experience

Great rooms - very basic but has everything you need! Quiet and lovely pool. The staff cleaned our room every day and were happy to assist us when we needed them.

The 2 pools were huge.

Not a big deal the room doors were a bit old and squeaky lol

Perfect location, secured parking space

Due to glass door you have to close the curtain in order to have some privacy in the room.

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were sparkling clean and very refreshing

hotel photos online are not reflective of the actual hotel, had we seen the true hotel we would not have booked it.it is very run down and dilapidated.Pool is dangerous, sharp tiles poking out, no external lighting works, deck chairs moldy, bed smelled like mold.we checked out the next day, hotel was not responded to myself or Booking.com relating to any issues or a refund.
