Mei Zhou Phuket Hotel - SHA Plus

Disabled friendly, lift, pool, parking, concierge 24/7, small gym, 5 mins walk to 7/11, good location in old town but 15 mins drive to center. Clean, great service, nice staff, free coffee, tea, microwave, water, snacks. Private bathroom and toilet.

Amenities need improvement, shadow spots at the pool, towels for the pool, safes.

I hated it and didn’t stay there even one night they tried 3 different rooms none of the air conditioners worked. They told me I was to get a full refund nothing yet

No shade in the pool area. Only basic loungers available, nicer loungers set aside for use of particular rooms but were never used seemed to be a waste. Some large plants and or parasols required

Welcoming staff. Close to the old town. Quiet.

Very expensive for what was provided. Expected better for the price. Pool access room much appreciated but the pool was poorly maintained. Water level was so low that the filter could not operate. Don’t know how or when it could be cleaned.

Near the Old Town, nice inner courtyard, strong Chinese vibe. Support for hassle free credit card payment.

The room is a bit smaller than we anticipated, the pool could be maintained better (it was still ok). The pool is positioned awkwardly as you are looking into ground floor rooms.

Direct access to the pool is very good, with sunbeds. All clean. Huge fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Many mosquitos in the night - issue there - they come into room even when all doors/mosquito net closed. We ended with quite some bites.

Left the do not disturb sign out one day, but the cleaners entered and cleaned my room while I was out anyway. Reception ensured me this would not happen again though.The bed was nice and big, but as in everywhere in Thailand quite hard

It’s clean, staff is very respectful, they have a nice swimming pool

Beds are extremely uncomfortable (which is very common all over Thailand, since beds are extremely hard and feel like sleeping on the floor).

We were the only guests or at least that was the feeling, we didn’t see any other guests. Everything was very clean. The staff was the nicest, especially the guy who worked the night shift.

Beds are not comfortable for our taste, too hard. Breakfast is very modest.

my second stay at this hotel. clean and welcoming. Pool nice. Location good for a walk around.

The bathroom this time was a little dated but adequate.
