My friend and I have stayed in many hotels across Thailand during our month long trip and this was by far the most comfortable. The beds, air conditioning, staff, restaurant, pool and beach were such a breath of fresh air after a long backpacking trip!

The staff. Our stay was brief- but the staff went about and beyond to make the experience memorable. From having breakfast bagged and ready to knock on the door to let us know that transportation is available and ready. Will recommend.

The staff at the front desk were above expectation and his boss did a more than perfect job arranging our stayind, excellent breakfast, fantastic pool, above the best spa we had a couple massage gave us the best Thai msg.

Beach is not friendly for swimming.

A perfect place for children with very friendly staff.

We could not swim in the sea.

I missed my flight and checked in last minute and they were accommodating

couldn’t use my card for the property deposit had to pay cash which I never had at the time but give $100 I kept on me.

On the booking.com stated that the Waterpark was closed but when arrived, was just open

Restaurant staff need to be more customer focused .

Breakfast is very goof with many choices. The room is good condition. Beach a bit not clean

The hotel is nice the room is clean the water park is fantastic

If you book through Booking.com normally the hotel always issue the invoice for you but this hotel said they can’t and told me to contact booking.com and I did and booking.com said it’s a hotel responsibility! But the hotel refused and now booking.com emailed them but they ignored it! The hotel said they will get back to me as soon as possible but I checked out since Saturday and now it’s Tuesday night I still didn’t get anything!

I loved the penthouse room with private pool. It was very spacious for our family.

We changed our date a couple times to match the opening of the water park. The water park was still not open when we arrived Oct 1st. It was advertised on the site it would be open and felt like we were misled.The kids were very disappointed. It's the main attraction for the hotel and we did not make any other plans.

We were told the water park would be open during our stay and it was closed for renovations. The website stated closed until October 1st. We arrived and it looked like it still had at least 2-3 more months of renovations. We did receive a food and beverage discount but the kids were disappointed. I think next time we will stay somewhere else closer to downtown Phuket with more to offer.

Faraway from everywhere!! The water park closed and under construction, so many noises! Nothing to do in hotel and all around! Staffs were polite but very very slow and don’t know how to handle the issues! They gave me twin bed instead of king and at the time in the room I realized that, they said you booked same in booking!!! With so many free rooms , they didn’t gave me the king bed and super wiser said: you must upgrade!! Just for one night stay!!! No proper facilities, bar, restaurant around the swimming pool.That’s just huge land, seems to be residential area, and they change it to hotel!!You don’t feel any positive sprits/vibe in it same as the other real hotels in Phuket!!Withe color of the walls along with ceramics make it disastrous.Saw so many peoples in breakfast hall, they all trapped and as they paid, they’re very upset, especially those who’s coming with their kids.Anyway, I advise you send some investigators as hotel guests, and check what I said.That’s my pleasure to be your good friend, responsible genius customer, and choosing this kind of hotels, seems not to be good for booking good team.Kind regards Dr. Pejman Ajilchi

First of all staff brilliant, very good at their jobs. Especially the reservation team, after trying to contact Booking.com on many occasions eventually called the hotel, who were very only to pleased to help.Breakfast was good, as was the resturant by pool. The other resturant was closed due to out of season.The waterpark was closed for refurbishment, not a problem to usLovely room with terrace, aircon brilliantBeach, disgusting covered in rubbish from tide and lots of it!However, lovely big pool, though entry wasn't the easiest for older people.No problem getting sunbed.And the golf type buggies that were constantly around the resort a definate bonus as the resort is largeFinally, amazing sunsets

No water park, misleading advertising

The place is advertised as a place with a water park, the water park is closed, since there is no point of staying so far out of pukhet We tried cancelling when we understood that the water park is closed and got a very misleading response from the property, they said we can reschedule but didn't enable us to do so. They said we should contact booking but didn't tell us how although we asked a few times, and eventually didn't let us reschedule

I like was close to beach and water park

I didn't like the watet park was close and I arranged with my kids to come to this resort because of the water park , also the breakfast before 2 years was very good now half of food the cut down if coffee machine

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The first room they gave me was not very good. The air conditioner was very loud and I couldn't sleep at night. It felt a bit old.they changed another one for us , it’s better . This hotel is far from old town , so it’s not easy to get around , and their water park is under renovation, too bad ..

Very nice place for families and kids will have allot of fun unfortunately during my visit the water park was closed but even with that still nice hotel and clean environment

The water park is close and you didn’t mention it and this is was the intention of staying here…
