The location, the views are spectacular.

Paresa was an absolute dream location! Our ocean view suite was amazing! The staff was truly a group of angels. The spa facilities are outstanding, the restaurant was fabulous and the property was very secluded and very quiet. Highly recommend this resort.

The views were exceptional and the staff were very friendly and provided a high level of service.

The property is not walkable off-site and no direct beach access.

This resort is truly the closest thing to perfect hospitality. The service was exceptional in every sense—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The people were incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the very first moment,we were welcomed by the sweetest person -Pinky ❤️. The food was wonderful, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. Our villa was absolutely gorgeous—stylish, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation.A special thank you to the amazing team driving the golf carts(especially Udi!!!), who were always friendly, helpful, and made getting around the resort such a pleasure. Every moment felt special, and the entire experience was simply beautiful. A truly outstanding resort that we will always remember and can’t wait to return.

The room, the bathroom, the view, are amazing

The restaurant was hot as expected, they didn’t pay attention to orders, sometimes they brought different food. The food was good, but they were not organised properly

Not related to the property but taxis typically only take baht, Grab service can be quite distant and take awhile to arrive

First of all, I'm a travel agent and I've been to plenty of 5-star resorts.. I loved my stay so much!! There was staff that greeted us, waiting outside, when we arrived. We received welcome drinks. Check-in was smooth and quick, which is a big deal after traveling 30 long hours and wanting to get to your room as soon as possible. We were in and out of the room multiple times a day and EVERY TIME we left, we came back to a refreshed room (bed made, more water bottles, bathroom restocked, old towels removed and new was placed) – as we know, you typically only get your room cleaned once a day. The breakfast is included and I hadn't even remembered that feature. Then, to our surprise, the breakfast was insanely good. 100/10!!! Any time we asked the staff for anything, they responded and helped quickly. Our room was HUGE and just overall breathtaking. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and it certainly wasn't enough time to enjoy all of the amenities in our room or on the property. We didn't get a massage in the room because it was too expensive, but we did enjoy the tub, infinity pool, and steam room.This reivew is getting too long, and that's the only reason I'm going to cut my rant short, but I've very much in love with this place.

The ONLY downside (and this is me forcing myself to come up with one) is that we had to climb 2-3 flights of stairs to get from our room to the lobby – there's no way around it for the room type we had (open style wash room spa). There is a small hill that we had to climb to get to the stairs, but that was by choice because they do offer golf carts – we just never felt like waiting.

So, where to begin. The location of the resort is spectacular, on a cliff overlooking the sea. Incredible views, real seclusion and the gentle noise of the waves crashing on the rocks. You are ten minutes from Kamala beach though it’s technically only 2.5 kilometers. The roads are steep and you must travel slow. Conversely if you had occasion to want to go to patong, it’s easily 25 minutes because of steep roads and regular patong traffic.The food was fantastic. We mostly took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and the excellent room service, but the on site restaurant for lunch in dinner is truly outstanding and the views can’t be beat.The staff are all over you, super accommodating. We will return here.

A couple of minor things, primarily safety related. My unit was a large spa suite. Amazing pool to ourselves and the like. To get there requires quite a number of stairs and many of them didn’t have rails. Likewise the pool entries could benefit from rails. I am blind in one eye and going down steps is tricky with depth perception, so some modest additions would be good.Also, the mini bar selection I think could be drastically improved at little cost. They just have one beer in the fridge and it’s an ipa no less. Thailand has many serviceable beers, having one or two and some variety would have been a nice touch, maybe a cheap bottle of champagne too, just to add to the ambience. Make no mistake, these aren’t “horrible” things, but small touches that may save you a trip to the store on your first night.

in my opinion maybe not suitable for families with kids

What made this stay special was the atmosphere — peaceful, relaxing, and truly rejuvenating. Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore the area, or spend quality time with family, this resort delivers on every level.Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Little bit away from center of town

Good location, nice scenery. Old property, old furniture, phone and fan not working well. Room main doors do not lock. Attentive and kind staff. Properly must get a huge refurbishment.

Just the perfect place to stay at, i have been traveling all around the world, and this one is simply the best i have ever been to, the view is breathtaking, the resort is super luxury, clean, and the staff were very very friendly, thank you all

The best part is the staff. They are friendly, very personable, and feel like we have been friends for a long time. The breakfast is wonderful with free-flowing champagne. The Michelin restaurant (2025) is incredible.

Everything!Very helpful and sweet staff, which were able to give us the feeling of being home. People like Oak, May Nokkie, Kim and Winter gave us an always welcoming and positive vibe.That’s rare and special for such a high-end hotel.The resorts location is breathtaking beautiful with lots of wildlife: sea turtle, eagles, giant bats and so on. The food in the restaurant is very good in western and thai cuisine.The Spa is pricey, but you know what, it’s definitely worth it. I had a blockade in my shoulder and after two sessions, it was away.Our plan was to travel a little bit around Phuket, but the hotel was so nice, so we didn’t left it until checkout, which is uncommon for us.We will come back!

There was really not a negative point at all.

Absolutely stunning location with cliffside views and independent wonderful. The staff and restaurant were exceptional and rooms roomy and clean and very well specced out.Nothing not to like

Restaurant perhaps a little pricy compared to local restaurant prices but that expected to an extent.
