Royal Phawadee Village Patong - 2 Minutes walk to the beach

Too bad that this hotel seeks to monetize in any opportunity, whether it is taking a 3000 baht deposit, hoping that the guests will forget or many other charges. Also they refused to fix the broken safe box, which forced me to carry a key during my stay.

Location was very centralised- 5 minutes walk from the Pathong beach (even for very slow walkers). Well maintained pool. The villa we had was spacious, clean and confortable.

Poor house keeping- toilleteries & water bottles were not added unless claimed for. Rooms are dark and dingy, furnitures & amenities are old and delapidated. Inconsiderate staff didnt allow us to use the veranda chair outside our our villa after checkout.

Location l was great, staff was very fun and friendly and the room was big.

Where shall I start,,, no water coming out of the taps & shower on New Years Eve. When it did come thru after we complained, the water was brown for hours. No hot water any way. Breakfast was cold & not alot of choice.. surely we wernt the only ones to complain. Very over priced.

Was no hot water in showers, delayed check-in (~5pm) without any compensation (and for the ask correspondingly to do late check-out suggested to pay extra per hour ?); daily cleaning/towels change was requiring special ask from my side every time.Value for money is not sufficient enough

Great location for walking to town and beach. Old style traditional Thai style motif. Staff is exceptional and very helpful. Third time I’ve stayed there over the years. I always stay in the garden villa which is like a condo.

Great location, affordable, mostly kool staff.

Toilet problem day 1, took a while to resolve, was charged $500 baht for a guest but not the 1st time, go figure. Way to many flies in bathroom sink and area.

What they dont tell.you Hotel is under major renovation lots of hammering If you bring anyone to your room its 500bt Day or night 300bt to bring. Friend to the pool Managememt were rude and just after your money Hotel was 90% empty and i can see why Well over priced Id not recomend anyone stay here

This hotel is absolutely awful. Any of the reviews that say otherwise are fake. The bed is rock hard and it feels as though you are sleeping on a wood slate. The pool water is cloudy and merky. Your room will be filled with mold and mosquitos. They also expect a 3,000 baht cash deposit which is insane. Not to mention the staff are horrendous. They are rude and could care less about you staying there. We were locked out of our room for two hours at midnight and all that was offered to us was a “new free room” after they just broke down the door to our current room.

location was great, staff exceptional and the architecture memorable. Highly recommend Royl Phawadee Village and the hidden beauty that it is.

-2000B for deposit - too much money for the deposit; others only take 500B or none even for chain hotel -500baht for additional person. daughter is 10years n still sleep with us- my room is behind the lub d. it is so noisy.

The breakfast was not good at all for the cost of the place. It had no selection. Very poor and should be improved considering.

Spacious and clean .

Both rooms I was assigned had no water supply out of a sudden, and aircon not serviced, thus not functioning as it should..not even cold at 19 degrees....

The hotel looked absolutely beautiful from the outside upon arrival, very pictures however, the rooms are extremely dated & very dull/dark decor, needs complete modernising. We had a broken shower.

The breakfast in my opinion was very limited. The staff when we arrived didn’t give us any information about the hotel, breakfast times or where the restaurant was. When I noticed our shower was broken, I walked down to reception to be greeted by someone plucking hair out of their face.

The hotel overall was very good. It’s my second time to stay in it. 1st time was 13 years ago. And now. It looks like yesterday. They really manipulated it nicely and perfectly.

The atmosphere of being in Thai village all over the place. It’s really a village.
