Peaceful, scenic location, with pool. Staff were very friendly and gracious. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I would have liked to see a better hotel bar area as well as some more comfortable seating overlooking the bay.

The pools were nice. the rooms were spacious we had a bungalow.The girls at reception were wonderful, helpful and always smiling.

You're literally in the middle of nowhere,you are 20 minute taxi ride to the nearest swimmable Beach and any other entertainment there is no restaurants for any other food anywhere close to this resort! If you want to just stay at the resort and swim in a pool all day then this would be perfect because that's all there is to do that.The food was absorbently overpriced and small portions. The beer was double what you would pay anywhere else. A simple fruit smoothie was overpriced for what it was. This place is not a good place if you have small children and need a stroller, or if you are elderly or disabled this would be an extremely difficult place for you to get around at,there is no lift that we saw. Everything is uphill to get to the food or the reception.A taxi to the beach to the airport is going to cost you a minimum of 700 baht and 700 baht back.There is definitely is not enough loungers by the pool for the amount of people at the resort.

Lovely location up on the hill, with a view over the sunrise and Andaman Sea. Great pool facilities and a shuttle to the beach bar and club right on the sand, with a small pool by the sea. Staff were very friendly.

The on site convenience store was permanently closed while we were there, and nearest other store is 2km away. No snorkel equipment available for hire. The restaurant was expensive and the food was average - we are spoiled because Thai food is usually so good! The staff were friendly, but the service wasn’t great - we often waited a long time, it felt like a training issue rather than the staff themselves, who seemed to be doing their best.

Restaurent workers don’t care about hygiene… the don’t clean tables properly… if you eat and don’t use spoon they keep it for next customer !! When i asked her to change cutlery set she didn’t like that and ignored till i visited main station and brought what we needed!Within restaurent , active worker was mr.saed… apart from this hotel perfect

My stay at the hotel had some positive aspects, but there are a few important areas that could use improvement. The room itself was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the TV in my room wasn’t functioning as expected, which was disappointing after a long day of travel.The location also wasn’t as convenient as I had hoped. Depending on your plans, it may require a bit of extra travel time to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, or business areas.One of the most significant concerns is the lack of ADA accessibility. For guests with mobility needs, this could pose real challenges. Improving accessibility features would make the property far more welcoming and inclusive.With updates to the TV system, better clarity or enhancements around the location, and meaningful improvements to ADA accommodations, this hotel could offer a much better experience for all guests.

Amazing resort! Beautiful views and great pool. Food was very tasty and moderately priced. Rooms are nice and clean with all the amenities. Hotel provides a free shuttle into town twice a day. You can also book a car anywhere in Phuket.

It's far from most things, but they have a free shuttle to town and a ride service on site.

After reading other reviews, I was not expecting 5 star quality. We were very happy with the accommodation. It was very quiet, being off season, and we had the pool and restaurant to ourselves which was fantastic.Facilities were a little tired, but the cost of the accommodation reflected that, and we found it perfectStaff were fantastic and went over and beyond to meet our needs

On the balcony, one of the wooden slates broke whilst standing on it. I advised staff and provided a photo, no compensation offered or asked if I was OK.

The hotel is a little dated and needs an upgrade. It is also very remote and far from anywhere else to go out and eat.

Complete disconnection in the jungle with beautiful views. 2 big pools, SPA is doing great massages and restaurant is very good for all meals. The entire place is great value for money and the strongest asset is the staff, so kind and helpful!

Construction just in front of our room with loud noise starting early morning, very few plugs in the room to charge your electronics (and sometimes doing sparks even with nothing plugged on it), some rooms are far from facilities with lot of stairs up and down

Very nice location! Staff was friendly and helpful! Beautiful property. Beach was nice and quiet. Breakfast was nice and many options. Only negative the two days was the food was not hot. The staff were amazing! I forgot my tablet and they called me right with options to get it back. Really friendly! Would stay again!

Breath taking views. Decent breakfast. Very comfortable rooms (stayed in villa).

Very far out. Staff weren’t as helpful and accommodating as other resorts but they were still kind and caring. The spa and restaurant were also VERY expensive which didn’t make sense given the affordability of the resort rooms

Fantastic location for couples and families. Beautiful view of the ocean and nature. Food was quite good and affordable. Friendly staff, free shuttle bus to old town and shopping mall. Overall a great stay and enjoyed our stay with Supalai resort very much.

Shuttle time could have been a bit longer to enjoy the nightlife a little longer than 4:30pm, noticed it was offered till 7pm the day we checked out.

good value for money, close to Ao Po Pier

rather rundown, far from town and in the middle of nowhere. we booked here for being close to Ao Po Pier.

Pool and temperature of pool was good. View at the property was good .

I’m our shower was broken. Soap and shampoo were not good. Only place to charge phones was where tv was plugged into. Get some place to charge phones by the bed. Breakfast was garbage, dinner was garbage. Don’t plan on enjoying food here. This is only a place to stay if you are in the area. Nothing more.

Lovely place, beautiful room with sea view. 3 very nice clean swimming pools. Great breakfast, lots of choice. We used the resorts free shuttle bus to Phuket old town 3 times, it was such a good experience.

It was beautiful location,quiet and relaxing to unwind for a few days The food was amazing and the staff were excellent .There is not a lot to choose from as far as other cafes and restaurants, but just up from beach club is a restaurant and accommodation called 8IK88….. amazing views and scrumptious menu. Perfect sport for afternoon drinks.
