The Album Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to every that we needed.

The hotel looked new and fresh in the online pictures but it is dated and in need of a remodel. There was no storage in the room so we had to live out of our suitcase for 19 days. That was a bit inconvenient.

I didnt like the food

The staff at the counter super rude .I got stuck in the elevator and I had to crawl out with the risk of me being caught in between incase it started up while trying to crawl out. No apology, no compensation nothing. Definitely Not recommended.

Staff behaviour and responviness to emergency.

Comfortable and clean room at the reasonable rate. The value was great.

Small pool.

The hotel is a good location, close to Patong beach and just a few minutes walk from Bangla Street. Poor breakfast with limited options. The hotel is charging extra 500B if you bring another person into a hotel room, even though you may have booked a double room (something you won't find in hotel policies).

Bit noisy from the street. Needs renovation. Lift too slow.

It’s was clean

A personal was very rude, one of the even was trying to hits me …. Also area was very noisy because of motorcycle and it’s was impossible to sleep !!! All hotel is clean , but looks very old buildings …. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here , because it’s very noisy and personal very rude !!!

The beds were worn down and need to be updated.

Since phuket is all about going out, this hotel makes do. Very close by the beach, food, groucery and everything.

Breakfast wasn't the best.

Great location, breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They supplied pool towels and beach mats for free. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bed was uncomfortable and even though it's a great location it meant it was very noisy.The pool was smaller than except but overall a great place to stay

Situated 5 minutes from the beach with a good room size and nice staff members.

They wanted to come in and clean the room, too early in the morning.The bathroom looks bad, especially the sink.

The street noise…

Central location near Bangla Street. Give you pool towels and umbrella beach bag and beach mat which was nice touch. Free tea, coffee, juice and biscuits downstairs. Also tea/coffee making facilities in room too.

Rude receptionist- tried to charge 50 bart for my 3 year old accidentally knocking off a glass from a table. Mattresses were on the floor no bed frame. We booked superior room and didn’t feel like this fit that description at all. Very noisy- bathroom window was broken (wouldn’t shut) so this didn’t help with the noise.

Location is next to 7 eleven store. Very easy to find. Walking distance to patong Beach

Wonderful quiet hotel for budget traveller. Fairly quiet room. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaned every day if you wanted it to be. Two bottles of water left daily. Fridge and safe in each room. Plenty of hot water to the shower. Swimming pool on the top floor with sea views on the upper level. The staff were all excellent and friendly. Most spoke very good English. 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything Patong has to offer. Tourist information and trip booking facility at the hotel with several money exchanges and ATM machines nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families travelling on a budget. I would book this hotel again.

The price for what you get compare to the hotel next door is way to high, if you bring a guest in the room you have to pay 10£ extra each time, no friends were allowed to even come to see the room, and the room need to be renewed, paint goes off, sink leaks, and last the cleaners are so nosy, scaring each other in the alway, laughing, yelling, go anywhere but there you will be better for cheaper
