Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! ?✨The place is beautiful and very peaceful, and the service was excellent from everyone. What we loved the most was the pool — honestly, one of the best pools we’ve ever been to, clean, relaxing, and with a great atmosphere.Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness, rooms, and hospitality ?Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it! ?

‏The only note is that the food options for halal meals were limited, and we hope they add more halal choices in the future.

It was great having 8 pools, and the pools were never packed, so you could always find chairs. Rooms were large and spacious. Good strong AC. Comfortable beds and nice views.

Too many people everywhere. It really felt like we were on a cruise ship. Breakfast was hard. People rushed and pushed and shoved to get at the food. Not a relaxed atmosphere at all. All restaurant seats were outside, so no AC. Food quality was subpar. There was a lot of options, but not quality. Worst was how thin the walls were. You could hear literally everything outside your door and the neighbors next to you. The room doors constantly slammed, and kids were running and yelling all night long. We had to call reception multiple times over a 3 night period. Lots of Russian and Israeli guests. I would not stay here again, especially for the price.

This is our 2nd time staying at Sunwing and we can’t wait to be back next year, the staffs are amazing.

The resort is comfortable and beautiful. All the pools and activities for the kids are amazing. My daughter loved so much the meet and greet with Lollo and Bernie as well as spending time in their club and pools. We enjoyed so much our stay there

Some people of the staff are not nice. It is a place full of families and kids so they need to be trained harder to handled better

Very pleasant hotel with wonderful stuff. Rooms are big, we had one on the second floor facing mountains. It was quiet and very pleasant. Hotel is clean, comfortable with lots of pools. Located near the sea. Provide beach towels. Massage at the sea on the territory is amazing. Very tasty breakfasts with a large variety for everyone. Fresh fruits every day. The beach is wide and the sea isn't deep, very comfortable for children and parents not to be stressed, and you can have a lot of fun jumping on the waves. Many places to eat around. Can ask to make it not spicy and they will.Seven eleven is 5 min walk to the left. Money exchange is nearby, you can choose the best rate. For taxi I advise to use indrive app, pay cash.

Air conditioner needs maintenance in the gym

Everything! Staff were fantastic, room was spacious & clean, pools were well maintained, buffet breakfast was good with lots of choices. Location was great, right on the beach, very close to lots of external food options and cheaper Thai food markets as well as other restaurants.

Can't really fault this place, it was perfect for a family holiday - only small things are trivial like there could be cold water in the gym. Note...If you aren't on a family holiday though I wouldn't stay here- it wouldn't be very relaxing for a couple or singles, but it is so perfect for families and I will definitely be back!

We had a few issues with our room while there. Leaking ceiling and aircon. Tv no working. We were also sadly over liking where the staff rest. It had a tin roof so when it rained the noise through the night did wake us. Before arriving I had tried to lessen our stay by one night due to a flight change. I was told I could do it but the the cost went up. So we just let our original booking as I was not paying more for less nights. On checking out we were told if we had checked out half an hour earlier they would have refunded me that night. Which I feel they should have made us aware of before as they were aware we were checking out early!
