The location is not prime, definitely have to take a tuk tuk or taxi, the beach is over a mile. Also the steep hill to get to the hotel it¿s no exaggeration it¿s very steep. Also all the amenities listed are not available, there¿s no irons anywhere.

The prices are so good even the rooms have space. Hotel overall is nice but its old,

rooms and furnitures and toilets are old.

Stayed at two bedroom suite which was comfortable. Also had a kitchenette. It had a pool view. The building is in aesthetic Thai design. Breakfast is decent.

The bathroom had two doors and lock of one didn’t work. Even after several complaints, it was not repaired. This was the only thing that didn’t go well.The location is a bit of an issue which is a very steep 200 m walk from the main road. May be problematic for old people or those with mobility issues. Of course you can take a taxi or tuk tuk to reach the hotel.

Location was good

Rooms not clean. Dirty bathroom, very bad gym, all equipments were broken, smell of mould from the gym room, we didn't get the expected rooms, the staff was not able to arrange the room even after one day! totally mismanaged.

The size of our room, the balcony and the view were nice. There was an elevator.

The facility is on a hill that is really hard to reach by foot. But there is a shuttle to the beach at certain hours. The pool was a complete disappointment. It looked very dirty. We could not go into the pool. If I could get a refund, I would change hotels after seeing the pool. There is no other activity at the hotel anyway. The breakfast wasn't good, we did not eat at the hotel after one try. I asked for a needle and thread for my dress that was torn, they did not have it. We had the right to late checkout from the hotel, they did not allow it because they would have new guests. The rooms are a bit old but we did not mind, after all we like vintage :) When you take a shower in the bathroom, somehow everything gets wet, this was annoying.

The pool was great.

Be warned, if you have bad knees or a creaky back, the walk to the hotel gate is horribly steep. Taxis and TukTuk charged extra for going up to the gate.The shower doors leaked water, there were cobwebs on light fixtures, there were no extra pillows.

the location is uphill so if you have kids better to take taxi going home if the free shuttle is not available

The location is peaceful

When I arrived it has some cockroaches and some ants in the room so got that fixed. The housekeeping should check the place before allotting rooms.

Nice venue, but needs a bit touch

Pool was no clean, beachchairs only few and broken, bathroom was leaking water, in some rooms balcony means behind the wall to street. Located uphill, shuttle runs 10 a.m to 4 p.m once in an hour

Pool area was great, breakfast area very nice, staff very helpful, good location up the hill away from road but easily accessible. Leaving towels in reception was a nice generous touch.

Beds were too hard

The staff in the resort with excellent I dealt with the night time crew only because I am in the USA at 12-hour time difference they are very friendly and tried to resolve the issue we had

Upon arrival we had no air conditioner refrigerator or TV the staff fixed the air conditioner right away my wife went and got an extension cord for the refrigerator the TV never played for the whole time we were there they could not fix it that is the only problem they tried

Enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable. Staff friendly.

Price and quietness

The uphill is bad, the rooms are quiet small and there were small insects in the room. The AC light disturb when you are trying to sleep

Nothing really to like about this place it was good before the the new management took over.

Great resort, nice staff - loved the pool- they have a hotel next door named Sai Roung where they have a nice bar, the gril Sasi is amazing.

Receptionist behaviour was rude. In booking.com booked one room and while visiting hotel they gave other room. So disgusting

Great location, just a stones throw from Patong Beach. The room had good facilities and the staff have been very helpful. The breakfast is done by a voucher for a breakfast in the coffee club next door and they have a great menu for this.
