The Village Resort - SHA Plus

The rooms are absolutely charming. The space in the villa is more than adequate and the layout of the closet makes this like a home away from home. Romantic and perfect for traveling couples.

The bed was beyond firm. Also the lighting in the room can be labeled.

Truly the nicest place we have ever stayed. The lush surroundings are incredible and the pool is so relaxing. The villas are decorated beautifully, with a super comfortable bed, a gorgeous bath, and a lovely little terrace to sit out on. We loved the friendly staff and the location. Although it is central, it still feels completely peaceful and secluded, like a little oasis.It was heartbreaking to checkout of this hotel but we will be back :) <3 The breakfast was good, Happy Hour drinks are amazing <3

Staying in the pool is pleasant. The room is large and spacious.

The breakfast is average and less than that. No hair conditioner in the shower. Hotel maintenance is poor. The staff is tired. There is no water pressure in the shower in the room. The pool was dirty on the first day and was only cleaned after a day. The price was high compared to much better hotels.

The location, the pool and the jacuzzi

A lot of things. The villas construction is poorly made. Like the bathroom, the doors and windows do not close properly. There was a massive hole in the bedroom window where all the insects and mosquitos were coming through. The same for the main door, when closing it, has a massive hole. Full of insects, this is not a 4 star hotel. 2 and a half id say. Also they do not offer conditioner or body lotion or any other toiletries. For 250 dollars per night I do not think this hotel is worth it, specially in thailand

Came here to unwind and relax, mission successful! It’s adult only, so no screaming from children at the pool. Most other visitors were quiet couples. Staff is really helpful and friendly, the private access to the pool was a nice extra. The happy hour at the pool bar is from 2pm-6pm, which is perfect. The pool officially is open till 9pm, but the jacuzzi and waterfalls shut down after happy hour, that was a bit of a bummer. I had room service once due to very bad weather, it was fast and good price, but would recommend to head into the village, a lot of good places to eat.

Loved the pool, and our private pool access room. The rooms was so spacious, it was nice not to be cramped in just one room. The bed was really comfortable, but some different pillow options would be nice as we found them a bit high. Breakfast always had good choices, the food was fresh and hot, and the staff were so friendly. The gardens were beautiful as well, it was so relaxing sitting by the pool surrounded by trees and birds.

We don't smoke, so it was really disappointing to be sitting outside our pool access room, and have the two couples either side smoking constantly and blowing smoke in our direction. We had to go inside on numerous occasions because the smell was so strong. It's a shame there isn't a gym.

Breakfast was just okay and the locks on the doors we a little antiquated.

We stayed at The Village resort for four nights and had the best time. The pool was amazing, our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff are friendly. It was quiet and relaxing listening to the birds and geckos.

Walking to the beach and shops took about 10mins but we didn't mind.

Wow what can I say, this hotel is the epitome of luxury without the price. We paid around £550 for 5 nights and the experience we got was incredible. We fell in love with the landscape and area and really wanted a photoshoot here. Despite a strict no guest policy, the receptionist was so kind and listened to our queries and understood. The hotel manager was also incredibly polite and friendly and very kindly allowed the photographers, videographers and our families into the hotel for the photos, we realise this was a big ask and the hotel could not have been kinder about it. The hotel is very quiet and we had a greats night sleep every night. The aircon and amenities in the room were also of a very high quality. The pool bar was fantastic service & price 350 bhat for 2 cocktails at happy hour. Breakfast was also very high quality buffet style and we enjoyed all the food. The pool itself was fantastic the views were so beautiful. It’s a memory we will never forget. Thank you to all staff at village hotel we appreciate you all so much. ❤️

Fantastic stay! No children - even better. Wait, I liked, happy hour 2-6 is the best! Order the mango pina frozen - thank me later.

One night stay in Phuket, very convenient. In a quiet area but close enough to the small towns ! Very large room

Bedroom was terrible and uncomfortable. Reception not so helpful. Bathroom was not clean. Garden not so well-managed and had mosquitos. Location was not good neither. You have to walk on a busy street to reach restaurants and shops.

The Village report is an oasis of calm in busy Karon. Whilst within walking distance of the centre of town, with its huge range of restaurants and bars, it is whisper quiet in its garden setting. The property is very attractive, with lovely public spaces and a great pool, complemented with a terrific swim up bar and large jacuzzi. The villas are well sized , and breakfast is good but not great

The beds and chairs are rock hard—it is difficult to find anywhere to sit comfortably in the room. We brought inside the balcony chairs and layered pillows on them. The water pressure in the shower is very poor. The aircon in our bedroom was very noisy.
