The location is good for the price and f you book far in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any concerns we had were dealt with quickly.

We had the four bedroom penthouse. The photos are very deceiving, our private pool for 8 people was tiny and only waste deep water. There is also a building being built next door that we should have been warned about. They start at. 8am to 6pm six days a week. Could not sit out on terrace or eat outside due to the noise.

It was very close to Kata Beach and they offer a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The room was nice and as pictured and the shower was the best we’ve had so far in Thailand even though it was hard to keep the temperature right.

The property would be a 10/10 if it weren’t for the noise. We were on the side of hotel where the two buildings connect and there is construction and the rooms do not have any sound isolation. We were woken up each morning to the sounds of machinery or screaming children.

A nice place to stay if you like being in the middle of the madness of Kata Beach. We visited Phuket one week before Christmas, and the area was very crowded, which made our experience a bit different. I ended up spending quite a lot of time at the hotel by the pool and at the gym. The staff were nice, and the housekeeping lady was very kind. We were happy with our stay. The breakfast was good, though breakfast culture in Southeast Asia is quite different from Western culture, more warm food options.

The pools and the number of sunbeds are not sufficient for the hotel’s capacity. Many of the sunbeds at both pools were without mattresses. To use the internet, we had to enter the username and password every time, which was a bit annoying.

We booked the two bedroom and it was nice and big, with a small kitchenette and living room area. Very clean and a convenient location right down the street from the night market. We had a nice balcony where we could sit at night and hear the noise of the street below but quiet enough to feel peaceful. 15 minute walk to beautiful Kata Beach (lots of taxis or tul tuks available too but the walk is nice). There are two pools, one on the fifth floor which was beautiful and a bigger pool on the first floor which was bigger but was shaded and the water was colder so we used the fifth floor pool. Don’t forget to bring 3000B in cash for the deposit when you arrive.

Staff was so so. We found one guy who was so nice and so we tended to look for him - he was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, great location, facilities are fantastic.

There was really, really loud construction right outside our room from 7am until 1 pm for the last 3 or 4 days of our trip. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with the hotel and asking if the construction is still ongoing before booking. If there is still construction stay somewhere else!

We got a room with no view facing the wall. Inside was always very dark.

The hotel is beautiful, large.The room was clean and large, adding breakfast is very cheap.There are 2 pools, one upstairs and the other downstairs, both are fine.There is a gym, we didn't use it.The location is okay, but apart from the night market there is not much to do in the area.There is a large 7-Eleven a 2-minute walk from the hotel.The price of the hotel was very cheap compared to other hotels in the area, which is the most significant advantage of this hotel in our opinion.

The breakfast selection is too limited, my partner is vegetarian and could hardly find anything to eat.In addition, the room we got was not like the room in the pictures, it was really dark, even when all the lights were on. Also, the room was right in front of renovations - they are apparently building a new building opposite, and we woke up in the morning from the noise of the renovations, and we also had trouble falling asleep at night because of the noise from the night market because the soundproofing in the room was not good enough. We saw that the rooms across from our room, on the other side of the hallway, had much more light, so I recommend insisting on the room you booked, which we didn't do because we saw that the hotel on Booking was fully booked.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Though the rooftop pool was in maintenance during our stay, we could use the neighboring hotel's pool, which is not a problem for us. The staff, from those at reception to housekeeping, are all very friendly and helpful. There are numerous restaurant selections nearby.

The breakfast was pretty basic.

We liked the quality of the hotel , the location was perfect for us. Our room was big enough, clean, the furniture wasn’t broken. The Kata beach is located about 8-10 minutes away from the hotel by foot. Breakfast is very nice and various ( croissants were tasty). The hotel staff were very friendly. The service is okay.

During the 11 nights, our bed linen (pillowcases, duvet cover and sheet) was changed only once.

Sheets and towels not clean, breakfast is minimal and very busy at peak hours, room pretty small and bed is not comfortable. Loud animal noises at night.

The air conditioning was exceptional on the hot and humid summer days and our king sized bed was very comfortable and made us very happy.

Breakfast wasn’t very good but other than that it was a lovely stay and great location.

It was clean and in a good location

The proximity to the road and thin walls made it noisy for sleep. My kids slept through it though.

The balcony is useless because the air conditioner is blowing straight at you when you try to use it.
