No parking lot. Lots & I mean lots of busy traffic literally five feet from front door of hotel.

Noise generated at night from the Taipan Disco down the street is an issue until 6 am every day.

The location close to Bangla Street and Jungceylon Shopping Mall Complex is perfect. The hotel restaurant offers a great selection of food and beverages. Hotel staff is exceptional and always there to provide assistance. Rooms are well-maintained.

The background noise from the nearby Taipan Disco is an issue since this particular establishment often closes at daybreak (6 AM). There is no need to visit the disco since you can hear the music through the windows here in the hotel.

It is a bit run down and starting to show its age. First day it smelled on the main floor walking past the bathrooms.

Everything really. The location is great. Close to everything and not noisy at all. The gym and the pollare both great.

The location was great. Busy action happening in front all day and night.

The first room I had was so very loud at 12am-6am. Unreal loud from a club near. There was mild on the ceiling in the bathroom.

The staff is extremely friendly and worked very hard to help satisfy all of your needs and requests. Location is right in the heart of the Bangla action, but be prepared for noise and lots of traffic.

The room is a little Spartan. There were no drawers or shelves to place your items, making it impossible to unpack and get comfortable. Additionally, the bed was extremely hard. This might be a Thai thing rather than hotel-specific.

Pool was nice with good service from the full restaurant menu. Close to the Bangla Road action.

Room location required exiting the hotel to the street, to then walk to the main entrance next door, for access to the pool, reception and the restaurant. The apartment I had was not decorated like the online photos, which had attractive wood paneling. The decor was dated, although clean.

Management, reception,bar and cleaning staff were on the ball fantastic job thank you. A big thanks to Ellay, Ghir and Anne helped me with any requests promptly.

Disappointed. This is the email I've written to themI would like to cancel the booking..Could you please refund the booking amount.Ive arrvied here yesterday, I had booking in standard room, iasked at reception to get the quite room. Well I got the road facing room, roo. Number 16. Not quite.The water pressure is non existence, so in hope of getting the better shower I've upgraded the room for next day.Now I found out that the AC is fixed to 25 degrees. I can't sleep it's really not comfortable and I guess the situation would be the same in the upgraded room too.I can't have 2 days feeling tired on holiday because the ACs are fixed to 25 degrees._____The staff said. Engineer fix the temperature to 25 degrees. I googled the code. The AC was broken. The ac was facing bathroom not to the bed. I couldn't sleep and all night I was sweating. All I was hearing white noise from AcSo I got the better room, packed stuff and moved , all good with upgraded room. But because I couldn't get enough sleep. The next day I am walking with headace. I tried to sleep at the day time , but I couldnt . My 2 nights got effed. There is not point of holiday anymore. Booking flight back. Thankyou a lot for your pleasant stay and Thankyou for engineer to fix the temperature to 25 degrees.

Staff AC, Water pressure.

First night was a little noisy due to the location. Staff immediately relocated me to a new room with no fuss or complaint. Hotel has excellent pool/gym/restaurant facilities and staff are friendly throughout your stay. Regular visitor and will return with no hesitation

The staff fantastic and really friendly. Have been here a couple of times now. It’s I. The heart of Patong. Everything is 5 minutes walk away.

Gym equipment needs some maintenance

I have stayed here before (approx 10 years ago) and remembered the location being amazing. The food is still great and they have a lot of British dishes to choose from as a bonus. When I do eat in the restaurant, I always get the Sunday roast (roast beef and yourkshire pudding).Both visits I have rented the apartment and even though I don't spend a lot of time in the room, I like it because it just feels more of being at home than a hotel room. Since I recently retired, I did try to grab one of the regulars to speak with. Just happened the person I spoke with works at the hotel. Steve gave me a lot of good information when it comes to retiring in Thailand. This will still be my only place to stay when back in the Patong area

The location is right next to Bangala road

There is no elevator.Shower stream was poor.The place feels more like an hostel

The rooms are like prison cells, with industrial type equipment outside the windows that make noises keeping you from sleeping. I had a guest that left a mark on a bed sheet. They charged me to was the sheet and towels that I had used in their gym.
